Her office is located in the 810 office building and she is on the first floor (turn right when you enter from HWY 6, make another right, and it's door 105 on the left). Everyone was polite ... even humorous. That might not be the case in five years when I have to renew my TSA Pre-Check, but my experience this time around was a great one. Funny story: I told a couple of folks at the office that I had a 3:40 p.m. appointment at this location and they warned me ... even told me that I should change my appointment to a nearby location. They said "You'll be waiting for an hour and a half," to which I responded "No I won't, because I'll bolt after 30 minutes and reschedule." On my way out the door of the office, they joked "Good luck!" I show up at this location and I hear a couple of people talking badly about the very location that my co-workers recommended. One of them said "I had to wait an hour, and the woman at the counter was rude." All of that to say that maybe these reviews truly make a difference in some cases.
