Basically fine service at the site to collect fingerprints (in NJ). BUT three weeks later, they can't even access my records, no response whatsoever, and they do not answer phone calls. Their "Contact Us" tab on website is blocked. They collected my $46, who knows if/when they will send results back to my prospective employer. I am awaiting their results to start a new job. Be aware that this location cancels appointments without notifying anyone. Unprofessional and disrespectful. All I found was people who sat in the waiting areas with note on the door after driving over 1hr and paid Multiple tolls to get there and that's the results. read more

Absolutely dysfunctional TSA Precheck Enrollment center in Ewing, NJ. Very rude employee and incapable to operate the equipment. I had to take time from my work 2 days. The 1st time I walked in without an appointment 1 hour before the office closing. There were no people waiting. The employee kicked me out of the office and locked the door much before closing time. 2nd time I came in with an appointment, 10 min earlier. This place is literally and figuratively at hot mess. No air conditioning; a million degrees inside. Not enough seating at all. Very loud HEPPA filters so you can't hear the person next to you. In addition, the cleaning people are vacuuming at the same time. No area is marked or specified for TSA vs finger prints. There is no front desk to help at all; a random sign in sheet that is not used. The employees are extremely rude and nasty. They will yell at you for not having mind reading powers to figure it out yourself. I waited forty minutes; not one person asked what I was there for or if I needed help. This location is awful. No one there to answer questions, just grumpy people waiting and 3 self-sign-in sheets. For some reason, everyone needs 10 minutes for a finger scan. I moved my appointment to Annandale. It is further away, but the employee is efficient, nice, & pleasant; when I went in last week, I was as in and out in under 2 minutes. read more

The staff at this location lack basic customer service skills. The supervisor of this location lacks the same skills which is very unfortunate that there is an entire building staffed with unnecessarily rude individuals and there's not even a level headed hire up supervisor that you could go to to rectify the situation. Highly do not recommend this location. If you can get your fingerprints done anywhere else that would be your best bet. read more

Sadly this place is so poorly run. One woman is doing all the work while another just spent time on the phone complaining to her supervisor and doing nothing. She ended up sending 6 people home all of whom had valid appointments because she didn't put out a list and just sat around until the other woman did for her. Once the list was out and people signed up she was so far behind she just told people to go home. She then got on the phone for 20 minutes and complained about the person who was doing all the work. I'm not sure why they were 45 min behind schedule especially when they told the walk ins they'd have to wait after the appointment people. Then they told them they close at 5 which the website says 5:30pm. They have 2 people doing the strictly fingerprinting but just one doing the TSA precheck which involves photo AND fingerprinting. This place has two really bad reviews so I feel like I need to add mine because I was actually pretty worried when I made an appointment for this location. I had a 3:25pm appointment for fingerprinting, showed up around 3:15, signed in and waited in the lobby. The woman working came out and said she'd be with me in a few minutes. Two people were ahead of me and I waited for them to be done. She called me into the room and I was out within minutes, super kind and sweet. Bring the recommended paperwork and you'll be in and out in minutes! read more

I have honestly never been at an organization that was more inept and idiotic! They rules such as 'we can't say the first name" (when calling for the next waiting person) so God forbid you have a common name like Smith or Jones. I get in 20 min before my appt and sign in. 1.5 hours later and I'd still not been called. I notice people being called before me who came in after and so checked with the agent on the next call. Asked if she ever called my name. She said she did already have someone with my last name. Asked to see my appt. I showed her the text that came from the company but now she wants to see the same thing by email. Before I get a chance to show her that she says she'll try to 'squeeze' me in! I just left! Ironic that something for 'security' doesn't even check that they have the right person! And people actually pay for this service??? read more

I too saw the negative reviews and wanted to leave a positive one. The office was very nice, spacious and people were seated far apart. Sign in was simple. I waited about 10 minutes. Everyone working there was very friendly helpful, and expedient. read more

This place is a disgrace. The two ladies working were absolutely horrible to my friend and I. One lady had short brunette blondish hair she was working on Wednesday the 26 at 2:00 pm. She asked my mother who is fully vaccinated to stand in a corner and when my friend who is struggling with asthma has her mask fall a little below her nose to grasp some air she rudely yelled at her to put it back on. She is as well fully vaccinated. I feel so unwelcomed and am absolutely appalled by this woman. I feel I need an apology and that this whole place needs a check in. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Went here and forgot a form and the lady told me I needed to be back by 4:30pm or otherwise she couldn't help me. I called the service line when I got home and they said they're open to 5pm. If that was the case I would of been able to still have my appointment but now I have to wait another week. read more
