I registered online for TSA precheck, and entire process was smooth and easy. great staff!

These people gave me a really hard time. They jerked me around for weeks. Their closest office is over 20 miles from my house and I have to drive an hour to get there. I showed up, the attendant asked if I had an appointment in an accusatory tone that suggested I didn't have one, but I did. Apparently they don't have a schedule there showing them when people have appointments. I waited two weeks for these guys to send my prints in for a background check. Meanwhile I can't start working my new job until the fingerprints clear. Two weeks later I get notice that they messed up the fingerprinting and I would have to go back. This was on a Saturday and I couldn't schedule an appt until the following Monday. I drive out there again and the attendant asks me if I have an appointment again. I say I do to get some reprints and she says the reprints can't be done today bc the system isn't saving the prints and keeps sending out blank electronic fingerprint cards and I would have to wait for a phone call from tech support telling me the problem is fixed after which I would have to schedule a third appointment and come down to get printed again. This company has no business being a fingerprinting service for the state. They're unreliable, unhelpful and ineffective in their purpose and it's the customers and their families that pay the price for their failures. They have no economic incentive to be efficient and effective in their job since everyone getting printed for the state seems to have no other choice but to use their service. They're the only game in town, so they don't care if I have to wait months for prints. I already paid my money and I have no alternative. Avoid at all costs ... if you have a choice, that is. read more

My wife and I went in at the same time and hers was approved the next day two weeks later I'm still waiting. Her visa was charged in Washington State and mine for some unknown reason was sent to Brentwood TN. I tried to get a reason for mine being sent out of state but all I got was that is normal time and they didn't understand why they were processed in different states. Also there was no one that could explain it to me. If I had read some of the reviews before I would have gone some where else!!!!!!! read more

Make an appointment online. Check. Arrive five minutes early. Check. See dozens arrive after you and be served before you. What? My appointment was 20+ minutes ago and I'm still waiting. The receptionist is loud and abrasive and the verbal directions are poor and unclear. Plus it's loud and chaotic and anxiety causing. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. read more

There is no phone number, which made it difficult to learn in advance if this location offered the service I needed, which was actual ink prints, which they don't offer. But it turned out that the agency I needed to get printed for did in the end accept the digital version. Online registration was helpful. Cheryl, Susan Bianca, and Dawn were all helpful and patient with me as it turned out that we needed to run the prints three times as I'd added some extra info in the registration process that made it difficult to process the prints. I hate writing negative reviews. Sorry in advance. I tried calling and the number would not work; I specifically had questions about the documents. This is specifically for service and general attitude at the business. The front counter person was extremely off-putting and rude, as if she could not be bothered to help me, "do you have an appointment?" That was the greeting, no hello, no smile, no sitting up straight. I did not, but the place was completely empty. The ID I had was acceptable according to a Google search. Apparently not per front desk person. Another woman came out and kindly--emphasis on kind manner--clarified the necessary docs. I had time before closing and went home to get them. When I returned there was a literal firing line of snooty, with two additional women, one arms crossed with smirk. I slapped down four identifiers and the first person literally eyeballed my birth certificate like I forged it. Both I and another worker finally after a minute said in unison, "the seal is on the back." She then looked at the seal for a full minute. Seriously?! Satisfied that I was indeed myself (two government picture IDs), I was taken back to a cubicle where they had removed the chair so I awkwardly stood and transacted for a 15 full minutes. (I noted another patron had a chair in the kind woman's room.) So more questions, hers and mine. I am unsure about the quality of the fingerprints or picture, because she did not show me either as a courtesy. So, the women that were not the kindest were the front desk (young-young brunette), a blonde, and a white haired woman with tattoos. Tips: Go in the late afternoon for less waiting. Use the TSA website for information on documents vs. Last minute search (I spent all day at the passport office and planned to use, but apparently they do not give it out unless you are traveling within 24 hours). There is a survey afterward to give feedback. There are also plenty of sites to choose from to see if the experience and ambience are different. read more

The ease of TSA pre is nice, but I really feel like I just paid for the privilege of not having to take my shoes off at the airport and stand in a shorter line. Ok off of my soap box...I know these companies are just verifying info and doing a background check. I was surprised that this location within a small strip mall was just an open space with cubicles set up. From a company that collect personal information for a background check, I found it strange that I could hear the conversations of those already meeting with the company. Not very private!! The attendants were nice and the location was clean. I had an appointment and going right in, without any wait. The experience was easy and quick but I just don't think the atmosphere and set up left you with a sound piece of mind for sharing any private information. read more

I went in with documents I needed. First system froze after they were uploaded. Went to different system/computer. Documents reloaded, picture taken, paid the money. System froze on last screen again. I was told they had three down that day because of connectivity. The woman asked me to try yet another machine/computer but I would have to pay again. She thought, "more than likely I would be refunded." It was now 4:55 and no one in help center would answer. She told me to check my status the next day if I didn't want to pay and try again. Of course it did not go through. Yet the money was taken out. I had to call TSA to get a code to not have to pay again. The guy who helped me there was also quite rude. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would do my very best NOT to use the Fife location again. read more

Went in today to renew my Twic card and immediately was asked "you don't want to do it online" I replied that I wanted to renew in person and she was annoyed. She was rude for the entire conversation. She mentioned she was going on break in 20 minutes so I assume that's why she didn't want to help me. I decided to just leave instead. read more

This was a TERRIBLE experience. I went in with my husband to get fingerprints for TSA precheck. The lady that worked with my husband was pleasant, but the woman who worked with me (older, bleach blonde hair, thin) did not seem to have the time of day for me. (we were the only two customers in the place the entire appointment) She sent me to a self-serve kiosk and didnt explain much, then got frustrated with me for asking a couple questions. I had a hard time getting my fingerprints to work so when I asked for assistance she came over in a huff again. At the end she had to take my credit card and run it several times because their payment system was being weird, and at the end of the process she did not provide me with a receipt or any information for how to check the status of my application. My husband has already received his KTN after two days and I still have niot, two weeks later. might sound silly, but I suspect this woman put a flag on my application to make it take additional time. Dont go to thios place, they are terrible and rude. read more

I came here for my TSA Precheck number without an appointment at 8 AM on a non-- got in as soon as they opened. They got me taken care of within 15 minutes. It's Tuesday, just 30 hours later, and I checked my status and I've already got my known traveler number! Amazing. They were courteous, efficient, explained everything, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! Thank you! read more

I scheduled an appointment online. In order to get through SeaTac airport and not miss your flight it's almost a requirement to get TSA precheck because they usually only have one section open for general screening and then four locations for precheck. So I finally decided to pay the $85, bring my documents and get finger printed. This is located in a rinky dink strip mall in Fife near a check cashing store. I walked in four minutes before my scheduled time and was the third in line. The folks ahead of me checked in twenty and thirty minutes early for their appointments. There were a handful of other people waiting for their turn. After the guy checked in after me, I was promptly taken back. Went through the screens with the lady to verify the info I input online, took finger prints and paid by debit card. It took about five minutes. I I was pleasantly surprised and feared my appointment would have been bumped because of walk-ins. But they actually honor and use the appointments!! If only all government type work was this efficient we could solve some issues with the republic but that's another issue for another day. read more

This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have encountered. I had an appointment for 11am today. I was early for my appointment. They had 2 women working there & clearly frazzled & hurried. They kept saying they would be with you shortly. For checking in, the blond lady snapped at me for my passport. My name was on the list for 11am and I paid for it 2 days prior. All the other folks sitting had been waiting a long time. After an hour, I had to leave to pick up my child at drivers ed. The service here is horrendous. I had to call another location and make another appointment for another day. I would avoid this location at all costs. read more

I walked in for a PreCheck application and it took less than 15 min for the entire thing.

The blonde tall lady is so rude and I can see other reviewers agree. Maybe she should change professions that does not include customer service. read more

I made an appointment here to get my TSA PreCheck done. The staff was courteous and efficient. They were very friendly, I don't know why the other reviews complained about grumpy service. The only grumpy people I experienced were the customers. Fast, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the convenience. read more

My minor daughter and I arrived about 40-45 minutes early for our appointments. We were checked in with our designated IDs and passports, then immediately had me escort my minor to one cordoned cubicle while I went with the lady that checked us in. There was no confidential information verbally exchanged, only verification of data on the computer screen. Perhaps the other complainants were walk-ins, as I input our information on the online application and was asked only to verify the personal data on the computer screen. I did not hear the interviewer nor my daughter that sat nearby. I also heard no sound from the clients and interviewer directly behind my partition. We were given fast, courteous, and professional service. The entire process took about 5 minutes to verify our identifications and information. We also went on a Tuesday afternoon, rather than a busy weekend. read more

Terrible customer service. Just needed to pick up a TWIC card sent here and been waiting for almost s full hour to get it. And they never called to say that it had arrived, waited 2 weeks then came in and am waiting to see if they even got it!! Terrible!! Never doing this again!! read more

I stood in line at the airport, filled out needed info, and made my appointment with Identigo all while waiting in a super long check in line at the airport. My appt. for TSA pre check with Indentigo was about 3 days later. Arrived about 10 minutes early they took me in finger printed me, a few questions, and i was on my way after a 5 minutes! Another update: After trying to get out of getting my fingerprints done at this place I had no choice. I made another appointment and drove an hour to get there again. They were actually there this time but a week later I get an email that my fingerprints were illegible. I now have to go back a THIRD time to get my fingerprints done. How can they not know that they were illegible when I was there?!?!?! This is their job. I am missing a lot of work to get this done. read more
