IdentoGo in Bloomington is VERY efficient. For work, I travel frequently and finally decided to get the TSA pre check, as it would save me a lot of time. IdentoGo was the closest option to me and therefore decided to schedule an appointment with them for this. You'll likely notice they are very booked-up for several weeks when trying to schedule an appointment. I suggest making sure that is you want TSA pre check, that you do that ahead (at least 60-90 days) of any upcoming travel. The reason is two-fold: 1.) You will have to wait at least 2 weeks to get a scheduled appointment in person (suggest this over being a walk-in), and 2.) Takes at least 60 days to get your TSA pre check enrollment ~ so plan ahead. I did an early TSA enrollment by scheduling an appointment online. They require 2 forms of ID (ie passport and drivers license). Make sure you have those forms of ID with you and the appointment will go smoothly. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes. Easy and efficient ~ the staff was all very nice too. I recommend this location for all TSA enrollment needs! read more

I went here to get my twic card and it was super fast and easy. only took me about 10 minutes, answered some questions, gave my documentation, took a picture and left. the hard part was finding where to go. on the front door it says some management company. you then have to go in, get in the elevator and go to the lower level, turn left and find suite 115. i was almost late for that reason alone! the people were very nice and efficient! read more

I went in the morning for a TSA pre check appointment, and it was super busy! Thankfully, I made an appointment and did not have to wait more than ten minutes, but I would HIGHLY recommend planning ahead with an appointment if you are able! Overall, the process was pretty simple. You enter and check-in in a very standard waiting room, and then go to an office-like room for fingerprints, etc. There was plenty of parking available, so that was a breeze. Definitely brief the the instructions online for how to find the entrance, though, because it is a little hidden in the strip mall. Also, they only take credit card so plan ahead there! read more

I visited the Crystal, Minnesota office of IdentoGo and arrived on time for my fingerprinting appointment necessary for part of my criminal background screen required for healthcare professions. The building their office was located in was sketchy at best; this IdentoGo office must be something like a side hustle that shares an office with a main/primary business because their office door sign is just a sheet of paper taped on a door next to a more official-looking sign of another primary business. When I entered, an individual briefly looked up from his phone and just said "System down. Try back Monday". Their online scheduling system is great and well-developed; I presume they could have easily notified me with an email in advance of the appointment that they were having system/IT issues if that was indeed the case. Note that IdentoGo's Better Business Bureau rating (cross-reference BBB's website) is currently an "F". read more

I went to IdentoGo to apply for TSA PreCheck, and the process was super (and surprisingly) painless. I was imagining that this errand would be akin to a DMV experience (long waits with grumpy people), but it wasn't! I made an appointment online through www.tsa.gov/precheck about a month in advance. It was easy navigating to IdentoGo, and they have a free parking lot. When I arrived, I just gave my name and confirmed my appointment, then just waited a few minutes. The "interview" process was so short and sweet, I almost asked, "is that it?" They basically just need your basic personal info to run a background check. Bring two forms of ID (ex: drivers license and passport). The processing fee was $85, which I could pay with credit card. I was immediately emailed a receipt and UE ID so I could track the progress online. 26 days later, I got an email confirming that I was approved, and a few days later I received my Known Traveler Number (KTN) in the mail. I got my Pre-TSA check here. It's pretty fast. I just walked in and was able to get my fingerprints done. Took less than an hour. It can see it can get busy and waits can be long. Worker was pretty nice. Pre-TSA is pretty nice to have. read more

I have been traveling quite a bit recently and see this trend continuing so I started looking into how I can bypass the long lines in the airports... My coworker told me about Pre-TSA and I was eager to sign up. That said, the places near me were booked at least a month out, this place included. So long story short I put myself on the calendar but stopped by to see if they take walk-ins. If you're looking them up, you might be doing the same thing I was because they don't have a phone number posted online. That's said, they DO take walk-ins and as a matter of fact, I am sitting here right now waiting to be called. Hallelujah haha It's a small office but have plenty of seats in the waiting area. It can get cramped sometimes but nothing you can't suffer through for a couple of minutes. The staff is friendly and professional so I highly recommend As for Pre-TSA, get it if you're a frequent flyer. read more

Went here with my boyfriend to apply for our TSA precheck. I'm glad we did! We schedule our appointments for 9:40 and 9:50AM, but it seems like they were short staffed that day. There is a ton of seating for people to wait. The process was super quick. Staff was super friendly even though he was the only one there waiting for his other coworker to come. If you're scheduling an appointment, then I would definitely recommend scheduling an earlier time than 9:30AM. After 10am it was completely packed! read more

I swear that MSP has created the long lines as a marketing scheme to get people to purchase the 5 year TSA precheck. How does a place that had minimal issues open up a huge checkpoint only to have security lines get out of control? Think about it. I refused to pay the $85 just on principle but my Hilton membership offered this to be waived using 30k points. That was ok to me since my points come from mostly work trips and I'd, therefore, consider this free. Note: this review is for the Bloomington IdentoGo located at 5705 W Old Shakopee Rd, Ste 100, Bloomington, MN 55437-3127, which is not found on yelp. The Bloomington IdentoGo location had openings a few days after I completed the online paperwork/application so I went with it. I was given an option of using an enhanced drivers license, which I comprehended as drivers license (Note: this is not the same). You also had the option to use a birth cert, valid passport, newly expired passport and some other docs. I went in with my regular ol' MN drivers license and was told that it wouldn't be sufficient to prove my citizenship. Thankfully, they provided an alternative since I was born in MN and knew my mothers maiden name. They could then get to my birth cert and use that. This was $24 so not a big deal. The person that administered my interview was super great/friendly and the whole thing took about 10-ish minutes. He had me verify data by looking at screen, asked me a few questions, sign a few things, took my fingerprints and that was about it. Overall, it was relatively painless and I'd definitely recommend going to this office...if you want to pay that $85. 5 stars! TSA and the whole precheck application program was pretty bad. I waited the advertised 30 day review period and heard nothing so I called them and was told to wait 15 more days. Called them again at 45 days and was told that it was not completed. When I pressed for a date, the rep got all huffy. She pointed me to some hidden disclaimer on the site and stated that she would not give a promised completion date. I was annoyed enough and decided to keep her on the phone stating how it's unacceptable that consumers are paying for their service and then they cannot meeting any of the promoted timelines (30 days quoted for review). I kept pressing for her information so that I could include in my BBB complaint. She hung up. The next day, my status was updated stating that they had sent me information in the mail. I thought they would find something on my application for being a dick but I received the letter a few days later and the application was approved. So, to sum up: MSP airport - 3 stars - you're a nice airport but your checkin and security (TSA) are lame Bloomington IdentoGo - 5 stars - quick/easy/nice people TSA - 2 stars - you're a shitty program, false advertising, poor customers service read more
