Cannot reach anyone - phone maze, useless chatbot, no email. They collect $2,840 in fees upfront. Filing fee. Fraud prevention fee. Premium processing fee. Then make completing the process impossible. The Contact Center is designed to prevent human contact. Emma chatbot loops endlessly. Phone system redirects until you hang up. No email support exists. When applicants face issues with their own cases, USCIS hides behind Privacy Act excuses to avoid helping. They blame applicants for systemic failures they created. It is the 2nd most demoralizing experience ever. 1st place goes to Rector Street. The East Orange office close whenever they want. One day they might shut down at 2:30. The next day, it could be 3:30. If you get upset, or angry, you can kiss your application approval good-bye. Remain calm, if you want help. Even when employees chit chat about personal business, or share recipes, as the lines get longer, and every seat is filled, avoid the temptation to join the chorus of frustrated people who start spewing insults, threats and dreadful profanity.
