Second time I made an appointment at north miami office nobody is here empty office. Drove an hour disgusting

Made an appointment here for TSA Precheck on a Friday at 3:30pm. Left work early to make the appointment only to find the door locked. Myself and two other customers with appointments are left standing outside. There was no sign on the door, no phone call that they had an emergency, nothing. So I make another appointment two weeks later only to be told the system is down and she can't help me. She then tells me to go to the next closest location (30 minutes away) as a walk-in if I "don't want to waste my time". Unfortunately I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work so I made another appointment the next week at the Pembroke Pines location. In and out of the Pines location in 10 minutes and the employees were so pleasant. Save yourself the headache and go to the Pines location. read more

Had to "check-in" from outside because cellphone use is prohibited inside the facility. Literally in and out. No hassle. I did my pre-enrollment paperwork online and had to come in for the fingerprint part. Super easy. The location is also pretty convenient. All I had to do was come down to Commercial blvd from Dixie Hwy and the location is right in a shopping plaza on the north side of the road. Work fingerprinting gets no easier than this. I have heard some people have bad experiences at other locations but this one was not bad at all. I will definitely come here for all my fingerprinting needs! read more

I am trying to figure out if this place is the right place to go to get my Pre Check application done. My sister took my neice here to get hers done but when I walked inside it was empty. I guess the only person who was working was already dealing with a customer. I just had a few quick questions for them to answer but no one was available. Today I was inquiring online to see if they had a phone number so I could call and get my questions answered. Surprise. There was no local phone number. My main question was how long does it take to get approved for the Pre Check. When I called the 800 number it had too many options I had to choose so I hung up. Apparently it's supposed to take up to 2-3 weeks for approval. Not sure though. Maybe someone will respond to this Yelp review. If anyone can answer simple questions they should be able to. They told us that it would be 5 min wait- we all had appointments, arrival at the new location it's 30 mins wait. I came ten minutes early for my appointment, which was at 9am. I was rudely greeted by the already annoyed front desk girl. Not only was she short and rude to me, she was rude to every customer that came in. I felt bad for one customer who was simply asking for information. She had a look of disgust on her face and was answering as if she was withholding information and for him to leave her alone. The other lady that was working was annoyed as well. Absolutely horrible customer service. They cancel appointments, turn people away claiming issues outside of their control, and offer no assistance for returning to get what you need. When I mentioned they have horrible reviews posted on-line an employee started laughing as if she was proud that this is their claim to fame. TSA should be made aware this location needs to be shut down. I recommend finding another location. read more

WalkIns accepted ad per their website... but it's not the case I drove to this location during normal open hours snd it was closed. So I from from there to the Pembrooke Pines location and they were open. But the lady there, her name is Lana, was so rude and stressed. With a bad attitude, she told me loud that they are extremely busy and don't have the time to serve me but ask me for my Id's. I gave it to her saying that I will loose my clients if I speak to them like she does with me. And she gave me back my ID's saying they don't have time for me. I agree with most of the recent reviews here. I also experienced arriving to a locked door with no number or hours outside. Next time I made an appointment and arrived only to learn their computer was down. Attempted to call to see if it was back up; but like other mentioned the Pembroke Pines location is worth the drive. This environment is toxic. Regarding my observation, the moment a customer enters the office a person at the reception desk is hoping you don't have the necessary documentation. It's as if they can't wait to tell you to leave to find additional identification. Unfortunately for she/he I had what was necessary. There is absolutely no customer service, only angry individuals who despise their job. Decent experience to apply for TSA Precheck. I went on a Thursday in the morning. The facility is clean. It was pretty empty and they had about three women working. I waited less than 5 mins. They had all my information since I preenrolled online. They asked me to review my information again that I entered online to confirm it was right and took my finger prints. I paid and left. Don't normally leave comments but wanted to address my recent terrible experience at this location of IdentoGO at the 1541 E Commercial Blvd, Oakland Park location. Upon walking in 15 minutes earlier for my appointment you are greeted by a room full of 20 people who are annoyed and agitated. Apprently they have all been waiting for various amounts of time. There is no one there at the front desk and took about 20 minutes before anyone would acknowledge anyone who had walked in. Once someone finally was able to start checking in people apparently it did not matter if you had an appointment and what time it was. It all depended on how fast you could have the employee write your name down. Making an appointment was completely unnecessary at this point. In total waited an hour and a half from the time of slated appointment to even see someone. Absolute terrible experience. The TSA should consider closing down the location or getting new management and employees. read more

I took off work for an appointment here. I got there and they said the system bas been down for months and all day in particular. No one called or emailed to let me know I shouldn't take off work or drive all the way down there. Complete disrespect of peoples time. read more

Came to apply for TSA precheck. Place was clean and empty. Vanessa was not exactly friendly but service was fast. If you need to take an ID picture, and care about how it looks, make sure you are ready before you go in because she "don't have time for that". If you need fast service, this works. I showed up past my appointment time but they still saw me. No one was there. In and out in 15 minutes. I went on a Friday morning. read more

Don't waste your time. They have absolutely no regard for people or their time. I took the morning off from work, drove 40 mins, and wasted gas. I get their 10 minutes before my appointment to find them closed. Other people are waiting outside as well. Then THREE MINUTES before my appointment time, I get an email that they canceled my appointment for no reason. This is an ongoing problem. I don't even know why they're still open. read more

If you are thinking of using this business for a known traveler number STOP. I have some flights coming up so I thought I would make it more convenient for myself and apply for TSA-Pre. I was told that it takes one week to ten days. Three weeks later I have received no updates. When I telephone the system states my telephone number is not in their data base. Each employee you speak to has a different reason why there has been no word. One told me I should hear shortly and today I telephoned again and was told it could take 45 days. I asked what would happen if I don't hear anything and they said they would have to put a tracer on it. My receipt states that if I have not been contacted within thirty days after enrollment to call and if I don't I may be required to re-enroll and pay the $85 fee again. It's just not worth it. I am so sorry I ever did this. Avoid this place and take off your shoes like everybody else. These people in my opinion are crooks who take your money and then you don't hear anything. Keep in mind you are not dealing with TSA and that this is a private business. read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The first time I went in for a fingerprint scan, my fingerprints weren't being read correctly and kept coming up as denied. Instead of troubleshooting, the staff member would just override this error. She told me that they will probably get denied and that I will just have to come back. About a month later, what do you know? My fingerprints were denied. I can't figure out on the website how to schedule an appointment if my fingerprints were denied, so I just show up to the location to get some help. I am told I can't be helped and that I will have to pay again if I do not call customer service and get it worked out. I waited 30 minutes on hold for customer service, got frustrated, and left. I will not be giving this company any more of my business. read more

This place is horrible! Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment only to see a business full of people waiting to get their fingerprints done. I waited at the counter but was told by a customer to just sit down because there had been no employee at the counter for 30 minutes. I sat down and after about 20 minutes an employee walked out and refused to speak to anyone waiting to be helped, grabbed her computer and retreated back to a cubical. This place is the worst. The people who work here are unfriendly and do not care. This location closes for lunch at 1:00 - 1:30. Don't make and appointment from 12:30 - 12:50 or you're likely to wait around and have to reschedule. They also do not have a local phone number to speak with anyone. read more

I took my dad the first time, I went inside and sat with my dad I didn't had any problems. The other lady was nice and kind. Today, I took my mom there... she doesn't really speak English well. I asked if I can come with her... the lady name JOANN said just her. She asked for her phone number, she doesn't have it, my mom yelled and called me to gave her the phone number... I went and she said okay that's it. Her tone was really rude and how she treat customers. I told her I'm going to report you, and she was mumbling to herself... If you going to work and not happy with the customers and be rude... I prefer you get another job as a stocking so you don't have to deal with customers! Did you fake just because you want a job? I think those kind of place need to train someone better or find someone else that is nice and kind to customers. She think because she work with the part of the airport and she look tough.
