The staff at the hotel were very unaccommodating and wouldn't consider shipping the bag to my home (of course, I was willing to pay for the shipping and their time and trouble). When I contacted Joe at The Mail Center, he graciously agreed to go to the hotel, pick up the bag and ship it back to me and it was received in two days. In this era of what seems to be an atmosphere of ever decreasing customer service, Joe went above and beyond. Thank you, Joe!

I was having a rough morning, had to stop in here to get some things printed while on the road, well I left with a smile and the fabulous woman who greeted me (I'm assuming she owns the place) totally change my state by how nice she was. She rang me up and I had to go back to my car for cash, I couldn't use my business credit card for the low amount it was. (My choice not her rules) I told her she needed to raise her prices and she told me that a lot of people can't afford business services so she keeps her prices reasonable so it's affordable for anyone.
