This employee immediately told me, in a rude and dismissive way, that "his counter was not a photoshoot set" and that I could not rearrange it. The comment was unnecessary and insulting. I was not causing a disruption, damaging anything, or holding up the line. I was the only customer in the shop at that moment. The interaction was so unpleasant that I walked out and took my shipment to FedEx instead. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy, especially for something this minor.
