She was supposed to stay longer but I was crying when we left without her and I told my husband to turn around and we went back and took her home. That was when we found the lice. I was devastated that we had unwittingly put our young dog in this situation. This was several years ago but... Beware!

I chatted with Kristina before booking her in to Howl-a-Day and she instantly put me at ease. She understood Pipers needs and didn't have a problem accommodating them. Because they have indoor/outdoor runs, Piper was able to stay separate from other dogs and humans and still get outside for play and potty time. :) When a snowstorm hit the morning, I was supposed to pick Piper up and I couldn't get out of Anchorage, she was able to keep Piper for an extra day no problem! Will definitely book with Howl-a-Day again! It's great to have another resource for boarding when unexpected travel comes up!

I live in California and the Airlines have specific and strict requirements for flying pets. I called Petco in Wasilla, and explained the situation. The staff, especially Janie, Haley and Katie, went above and beyond to help me meet all the requirements for the flight. Their trainer even made sure Doodles fit in the carrier properly so there would be no problems during check-in. Because of all of you, Doodles is here in California with family, being loved and cared for, and caring for his dog, has brought a measure of comfort in the loss of my brother. She offers a group class at the Parkstrip in the summer, but excludes reactive dogs. I would like her to offer a reactive Rover group class. My dog is excluded from her group class. She also needs an indoor facility for winter group classes. She is an experienced trainer who should expand her offerings.
