Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. No follow up nothing I stayed in pain for a whole month until I could find another office to take me in. Do not go to a Dentist who leaves his patients in pain!
