My appointment day came and before I left work to go to appointment I was injured and had to go to the emergency room so I called them to let them no I will not make it cause I got hurt and could not even sit in their chair. The lady said well now you have to wait until the last week of Christmas before we can give you a cleaning cause we are booked. I questioned why they were loose on my bottom jaw, and I was told it would tighten up as my bone grew. I asked if they guarantee their work, and was told "no". That should have been my first red flag Now, after 6 months, I am at a different dentist, who was forced to remove the "loose" implant, and installed my bridge. She let me know that my daughter would need two teeth extracted. I asked her to do one and then see how my daughter feels, then do the other. She was not happy with this request. She physically showed it. Then she proceeded to spray numbing spray on my daughter's hands without consent , and my daughter did not like the spray understandably so. Then Dr. Ada threw her hands up, showing that she's very irritated with us and walked out. My daughter began to cry as if she did something wrong. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service here. I get that she's old and doesn't like to waste time, but my daughter is five.

The Dentist didn't introduce herself, she just came in and immediately started laying me back and said my xrays didn't show any cavities, but you also need to check the teeth with an explorer to find decay. she didn't check my teeth she didn't period chart to check my gum measurements. she didn't even review my chart til she was walking out the door, to see that I wanted a second opinion. she didn't ask me if I had any pain or areas of concern. she just did an above the gum line cleaning, and polishing. And the water that she used to rinse my mouth smelled. very sad I wasted this visit with my insurance on this place.

I asked him excuse me did you say regular cleaning and explained what this office told me. He said I only needed a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning. From there I made the office and insurance switch to a new dentist. I got a REGULAR cleaning and was told I did not need an implant only a new crown. Get a second opinion if you do take good care of your teeth.
