I gotta say I 100 percent feel like I made the right decision. I saw Dr. Scott to have some work done and I feel like he knows exactly what he's doing and he's good at it which puts me at ease. Besides that he just seems like a really personable guy. All the ladies that work in the front seemed to be friendly as well but a special shout out to Tracy. She's very sweet and welcoming. My mother had a crown placed by Dr. Judith Ko and has been complaining of pain for months…read moreafterward. Despite repeatedly bringing up her concerns, the pain continued to worsen. She expressed in April to Dr. Ko she was experiencing pain in the tooth and was dismissed. Two weeks ago she returned for a cleaning and expressed concerns of it hurting and being swollen and she told her that her bite was off and she reshaped the crown. My mom continued to express concerns of infection. This morning, she returned to the office because the pain had become so severe that she could no longer eat. She told Dr. Ko she was concerned the tooth was infected and worried that, if left untreated, it could progress to sepsis. Rather than taking her concerns seriously, Dr. Ko laughed. She referred my mother to another dentist "for peace of mind." When my mother asked if the office could call to help get her seen urgently because she believed the tooth was infected, Dr. Ko told her it made no difference whether the office called or she did. Thankfully, my mother contacted her previous dentist after leaving the appointment. Within hours, they arranged an emergency appointment with an outstanding endodontist. By this afternoon, she was already being treated. What was suppose to be an emergency assessment became an emergency procedure. During the emergency root canal, the endodontist found that all four roots of the tooth were infected. He rated the infection an 8.5 out of 10 in severity and said he was surprised she wasn't much sicker or in even more severe pain considering how extensive the infection was. He also explained that, had the infection continued untreated, it could have progressed to a life-threatening infection. The complete lack of urgency, compassion, and willingness to investigate months of ongoing pain is incredibly disappointing. Had my mother accepted being dismissed this morning instead of seeking another opinion, the outcome could have been far worse. I hope future patients' concerns are taken seriously before they reach this point.

The Dentist didn't introduce herself, she just came in and immediately started laying me back and said my xrays didn't show any cavities, but you also need to check the teeth with an explorer to find decay. she didn't check my teeth she didn't period chart to check my gum measurements. she didn't even review my chart til she was walking out the door, to see that I wanted a second opinion. she didn't ask me if I had any pain or areas of concern. she just did an above the gum line cleaning, and polishing. And the water that she used to rinse my mouth smelled. very sad I wasted this visit with my insurance on this place.

**Avoid This Place at All Costs - Absolute Nightmare Experience**…read more I paid thousands of dollars to this office 8 months ago to get 4 FRONT crowns placed, expecting professional care and quality work. Instead, it has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. When I got the crowns put in, the dentist didn't even bother to come back in afterwards to inspect his work. And never gave me a follow up appt. to inspect his work. Then, one of my crowns fell out. The same day they put a temporary in it fell out. Then, when I saw the dentist to be fitted for a new crown he said I would have to pay for it so I said, "I just paid for this 8 months ago!" He sarcastically said, "Sorry." So I walked out. Then, THAT temporary fell out. When I went back into the office to have it put back in a receptionist put it back in and "fixed it". When I left I was appalled by her "fix" and had to cancel everything in my life and decided to not go into public until I got my new crown. I had to go to a new dentist to get the temporary put back in AGAIN. When I called to negotiate and get this resolved, I was told that both the dentist and the office manager are "away and unavailable" for the next 10 days. So I am literally left sitting here with a deformed temporary tooth, zero support, and $1,200 down the drain. The level of negligence, lack of basic professionalism, and complete disregard for patient care is appalling. Save your money, your sanity, and your teeth--go anywhere else but here.
