Behind the center are numerous wild, non-releasable birds in public aviaries, who serve as animal ambassadors for the center. It's a flat $500 to reserve for 4 hours. They let you bring in any food you want. They also have a fridge for you to put drinks in for your guest. Staff greet guest as they come in. You don't have to worry about attending the entrance door if your guest have birthday gifts, staff will save it in a pile for you. The play area is completely enclosed and well padded, great for small toddlers. There is a trampoline, large ball pit, slides, crawl space areas, plastic toddler rocking horse and many other things for kiddos to explore.

We were also excited to try one of the interactive games, but there were no balls available. After finally tracking down an employee to ask, we were simply told, "There aren't any." It's frustrating when an advertised attraction can't even be used because the necessary equipment isn't available. Most of the employees appeared to be minors, which left me wondering who would respond if someone were seriously injured. Having adult supervisors visibly present would make families feel much more confident about safety. The park has potential, but it really needs better staffing, more visible supervision, and basic maintenance of its attractions. I hope management addresses these issues because they have a nice facility that could offer a much better experience.

Much harder than the Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana. This place is better for experienced climbers or folks who have lessons and want to get practice in. They do offer chalk but I recommend you bring your own because it was kind of hidden and very limited. Most areas/courses were clear, but there was one corner of the gym that was kind of cluttered so it was hard to move around without feeling like I'd trip.
