Took my car to get paint film protection and am very happy with the quality. The office manager said it takes a few weeks for bubbles to go away and she was correct. I'm happy with the job. May take it to get the windows ceramic tint. Con is you have to leave a non refundable deposit but I understand there time is valuable just like mine but glad I did it. Like most new customers I was worried about cops pulling me over and giving my a ticket for having my driver and passenger side windows tinted so I opted for a lighter shade, 35 front 18 back. 8 months later and a dozens of times pulling up next to a cop without a flinch I decided to retint my windows to a matching color of 18% all around. A few days later after it dried, I didn't notice the film at all anymore and my dash barely only gets warm so the ceramic is definitely working. This review is for the Irvine location: Had my BMW Wagon tinted a few weeks ago (side, rear, sunroof with Suntek Carbon and windshiled with 3M Crystalline). First off, the tint by itself is amazing! The Suntek gives great performance in terms of heat and UV blocking (got the 18% for the sides and 35% for the sunroof). The 3M Crystalline (got a 70% on the front windshield) and the heat blocking is absolutely unbelievable considering that the tint is basically clear. First I did the sides and then said, "what the hell", and did the front windshield the following week. Both of my experiences were near perfect and Travis is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and has a lot of integrity. He even admitted his price point is not the best nor the worst, right in the middle, but the difference is his service and knowledge. I would not trust or recommend anybody else this much with my car tint other than this guy! Learned so much about the tint and wrap industry and what to look out for. The installation staff was friendly and professional. They did a fast and great job albeit minor issues (liquid bubbles) that were immediately fixed. So do yourself a favor and stop looking for another tint shop, this is the place where you go to if you hate being lied to, love great service, and like talking to genuine people you can trust. read more

My review is for a residential security film install. These fine folks were very responsive and professional from the first call, to the quote and then the final install. Everyone took the time to answer my questions on the types of films and how the process would go. The installer showed up right on schedule (a little EARLY actually) and went straight to work. He was personable, friendly, and walked me through everything I needed to know. Even though he was having some problems with a recent wiring job on his vehicle he didn't let anything distract him till he was done. STAY CLEAR BUYER BE WARE THESE PEOPLE ARE NO GOOD!!! If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I paid 3000 to put a vinyl wrap protectant on most of my 2021 palisade. Upon picking it up I noticed a lot of bubbling and dirty areas stuck in the film. You would think with that amount of money spent they would have prepped the car for install or asked me the consumer to have the car completely washed before hand to avoid such issues. I had found areas where they did not cover my car when it was supposed to be included and they also cut into my brand new paint job in a few areas and when I brought it up to them they said it was already there and I had just purchased the car from the dealer two days prior and I thoroughly check for such areas and I know they were not there. Don't waste your hard earned money. Like previous reviews they don't stand by there work. Go somewhere where they value your business and stand behind there work. read more

Be extremely careful with this Tint Shop. I dropped $2,000 to have my Tesla 3 tinted and to have PFF installed on the front end. (1) They are over priced (2) They don't stand behind their products. Within (2) weeks of having both installed on my car, the window tint was already bubbling in several places and I had several rock chips on the front of my car. Hannah did offer to fix the tint but when I asked her to rectify the rock chips, she told me that the chips "weren't that big" and that ultimately, "the PFF did it's job because the rock chips would have been bigger without it." I explained to them that the actual job of the PFF is to protect my paint FROM rock chips. Keep in mind that these chips went straight through both the PFF and my paint, all the way down to the steel. The resolution they offered me was to submit an insurance claim through my auto insurance and then to let them know once complete and they would replace that area of the PFF afterwards. In conclusion, I'm out $2,000 with bubbled tint and multiple rock chips on the front of my car. Extremely dissatisfied and will be consulting with legal council to resolve since IE Tint refuses to fix the situation voluntarily. read more
