My technician Rose started with the bikini wax only & once I realized it wasn't painful like every other experience I had before I had her do the Brazilian. Rose used the Crystal wax which did not cause any pain, just a little discomfort but manageable. Rose guided me through breathing exercises during the treatment which really helped with the discomfort. I also got my brows threaded and tinted by Rose. I was very happy with my services today. I don't live on this side of town but they have 6 locations in GA which luckily 2 are close to me so hopefully I will have the same great experience when I visit the one closer to me.

Four or five hours after I got home, I had blisters/welts all around my cheeks, forehead and neck that were very itchy, burning, and stinging. I treated locally and called the next day. I asked about a possible allergic reaction and requested a list/picture of products used on me and I was told not to worry about it, that I had sensitive skin and coarse hair so blistering is normal.
