Impressive- Anjy (?) threaded my brows beautifully. I left feeling great and more put together. The only reason not 5 stars is the face wax was too hot and even though I mention it I allowed her to continue (overwhelming desire to get the fur off the face) it left my face damaged and 4 weeks later the face skin on the jaw is just coming back but is still thin. So -1 star because I feel like my voicing the issue should have been enough to stop the process. But for eyebrows I think they have the best as my mom and sister also go here and the brows always look fantastic! read more

THE BLISTERING IS REAL! The owner was very nice, kind and patient, and the prices were very good as well. I went for facial waxing and a bikini wax but halfway through the face, I knew I wouldn't be able to tolerate the bikini the same day so I waited on that. Thankfully! Four or five hours after I got home, I had blisters/welts all around my cheeks, forehead and neck that were very itchy, burning, and stinging. I treated locally and called the next day. I asked about a possible allergic reaction and requested a list/picture of products used on me and I was told not to worry about it, that I had sensitive skin and coarse hair so blistering is normal. She told me to put ice on my face and it would get better in a couple of days. read more

I came here for the first time to get a Brazilian wax she wasn't very gentle at all but she did get the spots however she didn't tweeze what was missed she didn't wear a mask and she was coughing a lot she used gloves when she started but not full through by this time I'm half way in to finishing I just knew I wouldn't be back and the setting and set up could be a lot better and I didn't see her wash her hands after me before she went to the next customer and most of her customers are brows read more

Love this place! I'm always hesitant with trying new threading places. I'm that person who has boo hoo cried after getting my brows threaded. I don't wear enough make up to make any corrections if a visit goes wrong so I'm always weary. Friendly staff and the woman who did my threading did an amazing job!! DO NOT get waxed here! I don't know if the lady I got yesterday knew what she was doing, but she messed up the skin under my armpits BADLY! I think she was being rushed because she had a lot of people waiting but still no excuses. I liked the way my eyebrows were done. Very neat and nicely shaped. The lady was also nice & pleasant. Only thing I did not like was that once she finished , she did not brush the loose hairs off my my face & I had to ask for a napkin to do so myself. Anywhere I've been to get my brows done , they at least brush the loose hairs off before getting out of the chair or give you something to do so yourself. Overall, I probably will go back. read more

I have visited this salon three times, and each time I have to admit, that I had a wonderful experience. Although I don't live in the area, I visit my children here often and each time that I come the first thing on my agenda is to visit Tina and enjoy the experience of this spa. They are friendly professional, and delightful. I recommend them highly. I have been going here for about 4-5 months and getting my eyebrows threaded & tinted and my roots done. They offer hair dye for your roots for $35, and you go home with a shower cap on your head and rinse it out at home. I have had this service at least 4 times and always tip well. This time I was charged $40. I asked why and was told it was due to the length of my hair. Now they don't comb or brush or detangle my hair and I only get my roots dyed, so what does the length have to do with it?? The woman stood firm, but the other lady apologized repeatedly. I don't appreciate being husseled or nickle and dimed. I utilized this service because it was convenient. But I will not do business with anyone that is dishonest, rude, and tries to overcharge me and thinks I won't notice. If the price increased that would have been fine, but she made up something that didn't even make sense and behaved like a stubborn old bat. She also did my eyebrows and didn't even thread in between them. She didn't line up the tint on the inside of my brows and her attitude was horrible. I am taking my business elsewhere and so are my 5 daughters that were faithful customers as well. This is just the final straw after they have repeatedly messed up all of our eyebrows. Good riddance!!! I'm taking my money to a grateful business where I don't have to be worried about extra fees being tacked on from an employee just trying to make an extra $5. Sad thing is I always tip at least $15 when I get my eyebrows and hair dyed. She missed out on that trying to be greedy over $5 that she wasn't supposed to charge me in the first place. read more

This was my first visit and I was very pleased! I had no intention of getting my brows threaded today because I was coming off of a bad brow and tinting experience...needless to say the last time I had it done my brows looked like bat wings that had been drawn with a Sharpie!!!!! So I was hesitant but I gave them a try! Shabi greeted me and was very pleasant. The space is very nice and relaxing and they offer other service such as facials and waxing too. Simple, easy cut to the chase spot... I get my eyebrows threaded here and I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. It's $7 for the service but the also offer many other services. My brows always look perfect when I leave here and they last much longer than waxing. If you're in the area, give them a try. read more

SAVE YOURSELF. They do not know what they're doing. I found this place and decided to give it a try which was my first mistake. I told her i wanted my brows cleaned up and just a LITTLE BIT thinner not too much, and she said okay and talked me into eyebrow tinting as well. She finishes the threading part and it's too red to see when she showed me the mirror, so i just said "ok" in hopes the tinting would make it better. She puts the tint on and goes to set a timer, which after 20 mins doesn't even go off and i realized she didn't even set it. So while i'm waiting, she takes another guest. She then takes the scissors, tools, and face brush that she brushes fallen hair from your face off of MY table and immediately uses it all on the next guest. NO SANITATION. The brush she used ALL OVER MY FACE she just applied to another poor woman's face, so God knows how many times she does this and spreads germs and bacteria. She finally comes back to take my tint off and my brows are HORRIBLY UNEVEN. She tries to BLAME ME saying "well you said they were okay in the beginning!" and saying i messed up the tint and spread it when i didn't even touch it, she just doesn't know how to apply it. They're clearly uneven and she's blaming me and she made them ridiculously thin so i look like a witch. She says "you asked for them thin!" I told her to only make them a little bit thinner, not to make me look like i have no brows. I look in the mirror and show her clearly how they're uneven and she can't see it and says that i didn't have hair there anyways. I came in with full thick eyebrows and i now have NOTHING. This place is AWFUL, UNSANITARY, and a WASTE OF MONEY. I'm so angry because she messed up a huge part of my face and I hope no one else goes through this. read more

This time I went anjile my usual person which I was happy that it was her who was about to thread my brows. BUT at the end, my eye brows were JACKED up and few spots bleeding. This place was awesome. I came from Bethlehem GA and I had a choice to go to someone does a threading service in Lawrenceville but I skipped it because the prices were cheaper here. It was worth it to pass through Lawrenceville to try a Snellville location which you know the name of it because I'm reviewing it. So I called before I left Bethlehem to see if they were busy and also inquired about walk- ins. This lady was do very professional on the phone and had such a kind spirit to her. I got there and the lady which I probably talked to on the phone said aftering me entering the building a nice greeting and immediately what I needed done. Appreciate that right there because alot of times now, employees at places ignore you and you have to go to them which is very unprofessional of them. This lady apologized because she had a patient and it would only be a few minutes. Most places lie to you about wait time but not here. A few minutes later she was done and apologized profusely for my wait time and she didn't even need to apologize. We need more people in the professional world that have good customer services skills like her. She was very careful and gentle and patient with me and even put on something like aloe vera ( which I think is what she said is Rosemary which I know nothing about till I realized how soothing it was ) Like 99 percent of the places I go to are real stingy about their product they put on you to sooth you after waxing and threading. This lady cared enough to put the right amount and I was very satisfied and didn't have to ask for more. After she handed me a mirror to look at myself, she asked if I missed any hairs and thought she missed two but they were loose hairs so she didn't miss a single care. Usually I'm freaking out from the pain while people would thread me other places but this time I only hurt a little so I was chill. Then i paid and it was cheaper than I thought it would be and then she gave me something which looked like a bookmark which showed their hours and their services. It was actually I brochure that is good enough to make a bookmark out of as long as I remember where I put it. She thanked me many times for choosing them. I just happened to stumble upon this threading salon a few weeks ago. I was scrolling on Yelp just seeing what was going on and checking the hours of a store that I was trying to go to on a Sunday afternoon, when I saw that there was a threading salon nearby. I instantly saved it and decided to check out their profile, which a few weeks later turned into a visit to the location.l, and I must say that I am pleased that there is FINALLY A THREADING SALON IN MY AREA!!! So I went to the salon to get my eyebrows threaded on last Saturday (8/12). This was my first visit and it went like it normally would if you were to get your eyebrows threaded. The ladies that work there were very nice and professional. The salon is clean and modern. There is a nice waiting area with 2 sofas to sit and a tv. The decor is very cute and neat. The woman that did my eyebrows threaded them carefully and cleaned up my shape. When she was finished, she rubbed some lotion or moisturizer that smelled like heaven that reduces irritation to the brow area and gave a quick brow massage. Lovely! The price was even better! I paid $5 to get my eyebrows THREADED!!! The normal price anywhere else is $10+, I got it done for half the price and my brows look great (will upload pics later). The $5 special is for back to school and will be done until the end of the month. The normal price is $7 for threading, and it still can't be beat! I am definitely going back! They also have a variety of other services like waxing for brows and body, henna, hair cuts, and facials. I'm going to check them out! read more

They're not cleaned up at all there's random hairs everywhere and I asked her after she was done about them and she nicely took some off but a lot more were visible. At first I was confused on how to get up there -- it's on the top floor so take the stairs on the side of the beauty supply store. It was so clean and sleek, I went during my lunch break and had no wait. She threaded my eyebrows really good, and even gave me some advice on how to maintain them and avoid waxing because it affects the hair growth. They were really sweet, and they even have a selection of oils to put on your skin afterwards that you can choose from. Will be returning! read more

They do a great job but I agree with another review about them not being sociable... so if you're looking for someone who will laugh (or even give you the slightest smile) or make small talk with you this place isn't for you, but if you want to get in and out with good looking eyebrows you should definitely go here.
