I immediately regretted my choice and, as any other DIY girl who had absolutely no idea what she was doing, decided to strip my hair and then bleach it. Needless to say, my hair was insanely damaged after all this and I was left with a nasty yellow-red color. I gave her a call and showed up at her office, with no appointment. After I explained my situation she reassured me that she could help me fix my hair, and she did that and more!
