I always forget about this store when it comes to our sporting good needs, but I'm glad they are here because they've had everything we've needed. The employees are always ready to greet me every single time we've walked in. They ask us what we are browsing for and point us in the direction we need to go. We needed to buy cleats for my son who plays flag football. The employee helped us find his size and made sure it was the right fit. We also needed a mouth guard and he gave us his recommendation on what brand to get. They sell pretty much everything and anything pertaining to physical activity. We've browsed around the store and found a few unique things that you wouldn't be able to find at Walmart. If you sign up for their emails, they send coupons all the time. They had great financing options to make it easy to purchase. Our delivery had a challenge as the box was missing a needed part. The second time out the crew quickly inserted the missing part and made sure our equipment was working great!! Since it didn't come with a manual and I couldn't find it on the Life Fitness website, I emailed Peter Oh for help. Even though he was out in the field, he immediately sent me the link for the user manual. I was very impressed with his quick response and outstanding customer service. I love this cycle which peddles so smoothly & quietly and the curved seat is so comfortable! My husband & daughter also started using the LifeCycle since it's so easy to use. I can see why they're closing…read more Saw a bunch of ads that the store was closing and went in to take a gander. Was really wanting to get pickleball shoes and a paddle. Figured with all the advertising maybe the deals were going to be good. That was completely wrong. Store front advertises everything 50% off. Then I go to see the shoes, understandably a very small selection so instead of getting 40 odd dollar FILAs for 30 something I chose a more comfortable better quality competitor product for about 40 at about a 60% discount elsewhere. Then to color coordinate I chose a Gamma Voltage paddle which with the store closing discount was going to be about 40 something so instead I ended up buying the same paddle at a place that rhymes with Rick's for $32 dollars.
