The store is super spacious and well organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. They carry a wide variety of sports gear, apparel, and accessories for pretty much every sport and activity. One of the standout areas is the large shoe department, tons of brands, sizes and styles whether you're looking for athletic, training, or casual shoes with a variety of pricing. The employees are friendly and helpful, which always makes the shopping experience better. Anytime I've had a question or needed help finding something, someone was nearby and willing to assist. Overall, this is a solid go to store inside the mall with plenty of selection and lots of space with and helpful staff. Definitely worth stopping in especially if you're already at Fashion Show Mall. :)

Still, I looked them over and had an idea of the ones I wanted. The salesperson, Yancey, came over to help. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We talked about the pros and cons of multiple pairs, taking my specific needs into account. I felt satisfied with my selection and made the purchase. As a giant chain store, they have equipment and clothing for almost all of your athletic needs. I really most appreciated the service. That's what would bring me back here. One use and the collars were so stretched out they look terrible. $120 on 4 shirts that I wore once. I can get 5 shirts from Fresh Clean Threads that look nice and will last 30 times as long. I realized I only needed 3, so I immediately went back to the store with my receipt to return the extra one. That's when I was told they have a no-return policy, which was never mentioned at checkout. Refusing a same-day return with a receipt for an unused item is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer service. If they're going to enforce such a strict policy, customers should be clearly warned before paying. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.

Sorry... I should have written it down) was very enthusiastic and helpful. He offered me a discount on a pin and a deal on two Christmas ornaments (LA Dodgers and LA Lakers).
