He was very nice guy and fixed my phone without a problem. We had a good conversation and agreed to do business again Second time I gave a few phones to fix. He promised that it would be done in 2 days then ended up taking a week. I figured he was busy so I let that go. 3rd time. I gave him a decent order. I needed my Sony tablet LCD replaced. IPHONE 7 fixed, and IPHONE 6. Again he says he will get started ASAP and will have everything done in 2 days. I shipped everything packaged safely and even provided additional money for shipping it back. He asked for a yelp review and I gladly did it right away with 5 stars Its been 3 days, I sent a follow up text and he doesnt respond. He decides to text back the next day saying sorry he was busy at his shop and that he couldnt work on the devices. WHAT?? REALLY? I bit my tongue and told him '' Hey man I dont care if you want to take a week or 2 just communicate with me thats all I ask '' He promised again that he will complete everything tonight. Then sadly another week went by and he still have not finished my orders. I just gave up and demanded everything to be sent back. He sends back all my devices inside a big hollow box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect my equipment. They don't have it written & won't communicate before buying their products. I wasted $26 on a wireless charge pad that's hard to get it to charge any perfectly fine iphone without the case on and when it finally does it very slowly charges it and gets hot to the touch and one little move or touch it disconnects and stops charging completely. I should have went to AT&T! Kimberly sold it to me didn't want to issue a refund so the next day I went again there was a gentleman who initially told me he would refund it but had to ask his manager first (guess who?) Kimberly the manager he goes to the back calls her and explains while laughing a few times as they spoke about it as if it's a funny matter that I'm wasting time & getting ripped off. She said no refund only exchanges and he gave me a supposedly new one which had been clearly opened & used just to give me the same problem again. MC Repair has super high ratings and reviews. I thought I give them a try. So very happy and glad I did. They are located at the Park Centre in the City of Victorville. I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. I offered to pay for the difference, but he said don't worry about it. Thank you so much Martin for your amazing service, ensuring quality repairs, and going above & beyond! I appreciate it.
