Went to YELP, found iFix and was able to schedule a technician immediately for Saturday. The process to schedule and discuss pricing was all done via YELP message, Ann really made this very easy and was quite accommodating!! My dishwasher wasn't working anymore and I needed someone to fix it right away. I called IFix Appliances and got an appointment with a technician the same day I called. The technician Paul arrived within the appointment window time frame. He called me ahead of time to let me know his ETA. My dishwasher needed a new drain pump and Paul said he had a new one in his truck. I was relieved, I didn't have to wait another day to get the new part put in. After the drain pump was installed, Paul told me that the circulation pump was in bad condition. The dishwasher would probably work for a few more months and break down again. He suggested I just get a new dishwasher. The cost of replacing the drain and circulation pump was pretty much the same cost of getting a new one. I'm grateful that I found an honest and reliable repair professional. When in need of any appliance service, I will definitely call this company back and ask for Paul. read more
