Our Viking professional series refrigerator broke down on a Saturday morning. Mark was super professional, pleasant and came out to look at the refrigerator Saturday afternoon, but had another job he had to finish. He came back at 6 pm on Saturday evening and spent 3 hours fixing our fridge. Very dedicated and reliable which is really something to say post-pandemic. All the other companies say 24/7 service but that just means they have an answering service that takes the call and will only come out M-F 9-4. My oven broke on Thanksgiving Day. Nightmare scenario, before the turkey went in the oven. I called Sub Zero High End Appliance Repair and Mark answered and was at my house within an hour. He took the whole oven apart and determined that the unit needed a major re-wiring and repair, something he could not do without ordering parts. And because of that, HE WOULDN'T CHARGE ME. When I expected to be charged double for service on Thanksgiving Day, instead he refused to take money. How many honorable people are left in the world like that? Not many.
