I cannot give enough praise to this place. The first day into my weeklong vacation my phone battery suddenly started going nuts, wouldn't hold a charge, and kept shutting my phone off. I called this guy up and he said yeah bring it right on in and I'll have it done in one hour flat. Sure enough he did and the phone is great. His price was awesome too. I took my Apple Watch to IFIXX on South McCall road because the screen had broke. They repaired it and in 2-4months later the screen came loose again. I took the watch back and they repaired the watch again and I was charged $196. And 3 months later later the screen came loose again. They would only fix it if I paid full price. I believe the failure of the screen was due to poor workmanship. They said "No", it was my fault. I had the watch for years before the original screen ever broke. Both screens that IFIXX replaced came loose and broke. I will never use them again. I am a 76 year old woman, I can assure you I do nothing that would cause repeated breakage. read more

I have mixed feeling about this place. I had my Apple Watch screen replaced and the battery no longer held a charge for more than 6 hrs. The owner did replace the battery but it did not alter the result. He said sometimes when they heat it up to set the glue it messes up the battery. It was not replaced a second time and I'm just regretting not simply taking it to Apple. read more

Very concerned about how long they have had access to the phone and with a tracker this phone has not been at the store its actually been traveling all over Northport and port charlotte. They Said a couple of days its been three no follow up calls no indication of when it will be returned- tempted to call the cops?. They advertise one day repair and it took four days. The day I brought in my device they said they had the glass for it and would have it finished by the end of the day. When I went to go pick up my device they told me they lost my phone number and told me that the glass they had for my electronic device was poor quality. It came from a provider they no longer used because they had shipped them poor quality glass in the past. Therefore I had to wait for a shipment to come in. Keep in mind I gave them my phone number and they could call me at any time to tell me about the glass problem but they didn't. Their excuse was they lost my number. Also, if they knew the provider was bad and they knew the glass was bad why Did they not replace it? If you promise "one day repair " and put big advertisements on your business for it than you better deliver on that promise...Unprofessional. read more

I dropped by Galaxy s6 in the pool while visiting family in Florida. I needed the screen replaced and Ifix was recommend by the Cricket store across the street from them. I took my phone and was told I would know something the following day (it was close to closing hours.) By noon, I still had not heard anything and called to see if they had an update for me. I was told to give it a couple more hours as the person who could fix it was not in the store. I never heard back therefore, we drove to the store. It was about 4pm and they were closed however, the sign states business hours are until 6pm. I also couldn't get an answer the next day since they were cloeed on Sunday's (understandable) but that meant I had to press for an answer Monday morning since I was flying back ro Tn. that afternoon. To replace my screen was $180 which is also the cost of a new phone but I didn't have time to search for one and this place had good reviews so I went ahead with it. When I got it back, everything worked fine except the camera was horrible, but again, I had a plane to catch and no time to complain. I was just happy to have most of my phone back. 8 days later, my screen completely goes out while I'm texting! Thankfully, I was able to mail it to my dad to take it back to the store for repair since they CLAIM to have a 14 day refund policy. Well, this is NOT so! The guy told my dad the screen had a "crack" and I must have dropped it. This would cost ANOTHER $150! SERIOUSLY?!??! So the people who put in the "new" screen, now claim it has a crack therefore, they won't stand behind their work. I have NEVER made a negative review about a business but THIS is so messed up! You charge me $180 which was overpriced in the first place but it was my choice to do it. But to not stand behind your work, and blame your customer then want to change even more to fix the work YOU did in the first place, is such bad business! These reviews have got to be fake because I dont believe I am the first to have this experience and I'm sure I won't be the last. This place is a scam! Do not waste your money! I could have bought a new phone for what he's trying to charge me to "FIX" their mistake. Its so wrong! Do NOT take your business here. You will regret it! You can buy 2 phones cheaper than getting yours fixed! Trying to take advantage and put blame on your customers is wrong! My big disadvantage to this is that I live out of state.
