I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

My service was poor but I never suspected they had not put the new Sim card in my phone just gave me the empty card that held a Sim card in a tiny zip lock bag with my old Sim card..I had been receiving erratic service from all around me but not the service I paid for. 5 weeks later I discovered empty card holder. Took it back to GZ. Not only would they not refund me $ for service paid for but not installed but after they said they fixed it they said they told me I had to change my phone number again and charged me $25. for a new Sim card.
