DO NOT GO HERE! My Husband went in on Monday May 5, 2025 and asked to have his screen replaced. We were very happy to be helping a local business and get a "quick fix". Well, you get what you pay for. Paid $160 for a new screen, this screen he chose was the "cheaper" option. He went back to work on Thursday, put his phone in his pocket as normal and pulled it out and the screen was chipped in the corner! Mind you, his phone was delaying with the touch (he thought he would wait it out) he has a phone protector/case on it and did not drop it with this new screen on it. This is obviously a bad replacement screen and poor quality. He went in today May 8, 2026 and explained the issue and the person working there said they wouldn't cover it under their "1 year warranty" BUT FOR $140 DISCOUNTED PRICE they will fix it, again. I know a lot of people claim to be honest people, but if you know my husband, you would know that this man will literally give his last dollar to someone in need. There is no need for us to lie about a situation for a replacement. I called to try and find a solution (as my husband is literally the most passive person ever) and the only resolution for me was, "good luck on that dispute". This is a money pit! I had left a great review at this place but it when south when my phone started to have problems with screen less then one week after being replaced for $130 bucks. Went in for warranty and then was told that there was another problem with my phone had nothing to do with screen. I did not go ahead and get it repaired. Took my self to a different shop and had them replace my screen problem was fixed. I dislike people like this trying to mess me over for $250 bucks will never recommend this place. read more

I had an excellent experience at 911 Gadgets in their new location - Lake Elsinore. He was able to replace the screen on my 5 year old iPad Pro and it runs without fail just like it did before it was dropped. They saved me from having to wait another week for an Apple Store Genius appointment and a quote that I probably wouldn't have been able to afford. My son dropped it on a Saturday evening and I called 911 Gadgets on Sunday. Adrian responded right away despite them being typically closed on Sundays and gave me a reasonable quote. They ordered the part I needed for next business day and on Tuesday, I dropped my iPad in for repair. One and a half hours later, I received a text notification that it was done. I was even able to pick it up past their business hours. They had me test my iPad out to make sure it met my expectations and it worked flawlessly. Took in my cracked screen for a repair, the young man tried to tell me my cell phone needed a diagnostic because it wouldn't turn on (more $$$ of course). I debated, my phone was fine when I handed it over to him. Somehow he was able to get it "fixed ". A day later the camera on my cell wouldn't work, the screen was wiggling. I ended up having to get a new phone. If you have a Apple cell... go the Apple store to get it repaired. Oh well live and learn. read more

My experience was that they have quoted rates for repair at double or nearly double the price quotes of other similar businesses in the area, on two separate occasions for different phones and different repair issues. What bothers me most was that when I rejected their offer via message, the owner of the company kept messaging me trying to over-explain why their prices are so high, blaming everything from a recall unrelated to my device to the Chinese market. He claimed to be "educating" me so that I wasn't duped by another company, but his tone was aggressively patronizing and off-putting. I left this review to warn other quote seekers and was accused of being a horrible person and cursed at by the business owner. I will seek business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Initially, I was just needing the cracked screen replaced on my moms iPad mini, and received multiple quotes through Yelp.. All bids were very responsive and while iCeackRelair.com was not the lowest, their rate was certainly competitive. The staff was very knowledgeable offering a lot of insight and I decided to go with them and bring in 2 other iphones that needed repair also. The iPad mini seemed to be working when I initially picked it back up. However, the touchscreen was malfunctioning. I hadn't left the parking lot and took it back in. They were true to their warranty and I was aware of the extra charge that needed to happen to get it to work. Our plan of the cheapest fix with our fingers crossed, had obviously failed. I picked it back up a week later and it's still good as new. The other 2 phones were fixed and in working order. Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent. The other place told me they replaced my screen "for free" when they really broke it and replaced with after-market screen which was very dim in appearance. So, i came here because my cheap screen cracked. I requested a quote online and was quoted one price. When I showed up, the employee gave me a higher price until i told him i was quoted lower on yelp. Called them at 6pm on a Wednesday night explaining how my wife just shattered her phone screen. Not only were they extremely patient with listening to my options im facing (phone insurance or upgrading to iPhone7) but they also answered every newbie question I had. I had a price quote in 5 minutes and they said if I could be there within an hour or so they could fix the phone TONIGHT!! I paid for the higher quality glass that was closer to OEM standards but it still saved me $70 from either of my first two options. 15 minutes later they brought my wife's newly fixed phone out, I looked it over and wasn't sure if the clicking when I pressed I left side was normal, the tech looked at it and apologized he should have caught that and offered to replace the glass again for me. A while ago, My dad went to go fix my IPod 4th Gen, at this place. It was taking a while for them to call us back, so my dad had to call them to see if it was done and it was. When my dad picked it up, the screen wasn't even closed correctly. You could see it opening on the right side of the IPod. At this point I was a bit upset that they didn't correctly put the screen on. But that wasn't the end of it, when I wanted to take a video of something, you wouldn't be able to hear anything coming out of the speakers. All you would be able to hear is static. That's it.
