an absolute life saver!!! my iphone screen stopped working out of no where late on saturday night, I couldn't open my phone as my screen was unresponsive. i was absolutely panicking because I hadn't fully backed up all my photos yet , and all my pictures of my dog who had passed were on there. the place i had went to before to fix my phone wasn't open on sundays and apple wouldn't be able to fix it until that following monday; I need my phone for work as well so I was in a pinch.
