Recently had Future Media do a somewhat complicated job at a home we just purchased. With all of…read morethe work we're doing, we have been working with many different contractors and other specialists going on 2 months now. All I can say is if my experience with all of these contractors was the same as Future Media, it would add years to my life. These guys quoted me a very fair price, came in on day one and just worked none stop the entire week until everything was completed. The quality of the work exceeded my expecations, they even addressed things that even I didn't notice - they clearly know their trade, and they apply it with the greatest professionalism. Multiple companies refused to take this job because of its complicated nature, and these guys made it seem like a cake walk, even though it was far from simple. Even now, two weeks after the fact I'm noticing things that they did, and it continuously makes my day. Any future work I need done, I will without hesitation make Future Media my first call.

Well she charged me at their Overpriced same day service. The next day I asked the owner how their same day service works and how much it was. He said drop off by 9 am pick up by 3 pm same day cost $18. So when I questioned why I was charged for this service when I was picking it up the next day he tried to change his story. Their sign also say there is an extra charge for "same day" service not overnight service. It was my first time and last time going there. I like to support local businesses but not this one. And by the way their listing shows in business for 10+ years. Its a lie. They are new at this location. Its why they only have 39 (now 40) reviews. I've been going to other businesses in that complex for years. There were not there.

However, I had two incidents where they supposedly had to charge me a debit card fee!!! One time, the man told me the minimum to use my debit card was $15! My shirts are only $7. I explained to him I didn't have cash and I also told him there was nowhere in the place where it said minimum card purchase was $15! He said he he had to charge me and we started arguing about until he said ok and didn't charge me a fee! Then again, same incident happens with the lady there a few days ago. My total was $7 and again she said she had to charge me $1 fee because I didn't have exact amount. I immediately asked her what the minimum charge was and this time she said $12. Still no signage of this anywhere in place! I did google this and this is NOT LEGAL! There should not be minimum fee charges that exceeds $10!!!! So I don't know what kind of games they are playing there but if it happens again I will file a complaint with BBB!
