She helped us switch from another company, and they wound up paying $50 less per month choosing Cricket. She had to be on the phone with our previous company in order to switch. She was put on hold for quite some time, so we engaged in pleasant conversation with her about our lives. There was a guy working there too who was also super polite, honest, and hardworking. Not that this matters at all, but Sam is absolutely beautiful.

Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare.
