On more then one occasion with others in the store he's complained about being so busy or something not working. As customers, we shouldn't hear that. I get it, but it's not appropriate to vent in front of customers. This last time I had a couple Amazon returns and he told me to use the self-checkout machine. I told him it told me to see an Associate. He said it was because one needed to be bagged by them but I can use it for the other one. So I tried but the box was too big for the bags they provide and it said see an associate. I gave up and drove down to the UPS store by Fred Meyer and was in and out in under 2 mins. I'm done with this location.

The store was not busy, and the employee did not seem interested in helping. A second employee at checkout confirmed the same policy. While I understand stores have policies and existing orders to fulfill, it was frustrating to be turned away for such a small request when the store appeared quiet.
