These appliances (15" undercounter icemakers) are notoriously unreliable and Benfield truly went above and beyond to stand behind their work. Through no fault of theirs, the parts to repair the maker were expensive and the labor required to do the repairs was also expensive due to the extensive time involved. When problems reappeared, Benfield quickly took more responsibility than I believe any repair vendor would take and saw to it that our home got its icemaker working again. I would say anyone is CRAZY to consider any other vendor for a home appliance repair in our area. Highly recommened!
