I understand the need for a few questions but to waste your experience on this is ridiculous. Ask before you start the timer. Worse, she did zero facial extractions. It was in her words a "feel good" facial whatever that means. This despite the front desk promising that extractions are included. Only when pointing out this disconnect did my brother who followed my facial got a proper experience. The aesthetician confirmed she doesn't do extractions but would make an exception. For 540 dollars for 90 minutes it's a complete waste. If you have money to burn at least make sure they do a good job. We also ordered salads at the spa and the chicken came ice cold and was rubbery. For 60 dollars a salad you would think they would make sure it's an incredible one. Instead it was a small portion and cold meat. They heated the chicken when we pointed it out but it didn't change the fact that the meat was so dry. The staff is nice here and clean facilities of course. I just thought the food and quality of facial would be impeccable at this luxury price point and sadly it was not.

I had a truly magnificent, movie-like experience here…read more I arrived and was greeted by name, which felt like a very personalized touch. Before even stepping foot into the treatment area, I was given a wellness shot that consisted of a variety of vegetables. Monique then showed me around the spa amenities while I waited to receive treatment, making sure I understood where everything was and asking along the way if she could clarify anything for me. She made incredible recommendations - yes, the lounge cookies were delicious - and left me to my own to relax once she had given me a thorough walkthrough. I followed the spa's flow recommendation, alternating between the sauna and the cold plunge. I was rejuvenated before I had even began my appointment. Then came the best part - Lakita! As part of my package, I received a body scrub and scalp/body massage. It was truly amazing and unlike any spa experience I've ever had. I felt so at ease the entire time. I appreciate all of the staff who made the day unforgettable!

There's also a comfy waiting room. I did a facial with Tatiana where she implemented some anti-aging products. Tatiana took such good care of my face and explained the products she was using. She cleansed my face with hot towels, steam, and aromatherapy. As a mom who is always tired, I really appreciated how they used products to diminish dark undereye circles as well pigmentation, dryness, and fine lines. She concluded the treatment with a relaxing face massage. I wish this could have gone on forever! Shortly after it was time for my massage. Being a mom who constantly carries around a heavy toddler, I cannot remember a time when I didn't have back pain. Joel really worked wonders on my back. He found every single knot and I felt brand new afterward. They usually have special offers for holidays, so if you don't have anything planned for Valentine's Day yet, you might want to look into that. 1 Star I've been to…read morethe spa at Trump International Beach Resort multiple times, but after my last visit on February 1, 2025, I'm incredibly disappointed. I had a 3:15 PM appointment for a 30-minute Quick Fix massage, but when I arrived, I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes--without any apology or explanation. Instead, I was just told that they had called my phone several times. But I was already at the spa, relaxing, not checking my phone. The front desk staff member was completely unprofessional and dismissive when I kindly asked for a refund, since I couldn't wait that long or come back another day. She showed no courtesy, didn't apologize, and when she handed me my refund, she coldly said, "OK, that's it," with an attitude. It was beyond rude. The only bright spot was the massage therapist, who actually apologized and admitted that it wasn't right for me to wait that long for a short service. I appreciate his kindness, but the front desk experience left a terrible impression. I was here with two friends for a spa day, and this experience put a damper on the whole thing. For a high-end resort, customer service should be much better. I won't be coming back after this.

ClassPass showed my appointment for Wednesday, but the office called me on Tuesday asking where I was. After that was sorted out, they contacted me again on the day of my appointment--less than two hours before my scheduled 6 p.m. session--to tell me that my time slot was no longer available and that I would need to come earlier instead. I adjusted my schedule, but when I arrived, I still had to wait another 15 minutes because the massage therapist was late. The massage itself was unlike any I've experienced. The table was uncomfortable and squeaked throughout the session. The massage felt unstructured, with the pressure constantly switching between extremely hard and extremely light. I rarely felt any actual muscle work with the therapist's fingers--instead, it was almost entirely elbows, knuckles, or palms. More than half the session was also done while the therapist was sitting in a chair. After the massage my ribs and neck were both sore. I've been getting massages for 15-20 years, and my mother was a massage therapist, so I've experienced many different techniques. This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've had. I hope the business improves both its scheduling and the training of its massage therapists. Even visiting a well-established clinic like Massage & Spa or another reputable spa for comparison could help provide a better sense of how a structured deep tissue massage should feel.

As someone who loves self care, the experience I have here, makes me forget the crazy stress or outside world for the moment. Today I was driving down from Boca and of course if you know Miami traffic - 9 times out of 10 you know it's going to be an unpredictable drive. Fortunately, I gave a call about 8:30am for my 10am appointment to inform them that I may be running behind. However, the stress and anxiety I had about my drive was quickly diminished as they adjusted my appointment time. Service here is always consistently SUPERB! Once arriving, I went into the waiting area to drink a hot tea and relax. My masseuse was super friendly and amazing as well. Since I did the lymphatic body massage today, they give you a disposable bikini to dress into. I informed her of my problem areas and she got to work. She started on my midsection/waist which I loved because as a woman dealing with bloating, this massage helps! It gets your waistline snatched! Also, I love when they pull out the tools to really help get into different parts of your body. They also have the infrared sauna which on top of your body massage really allows you to sweat out toxins! I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're looking to look more tone on top of your workout regime or looking for a relaxing experience in Miami Beach.

Fast forward to three days later to still no response, so I contacted the company again and talked to their manager, Marizza. I simply asked for my 20% automatic gratuity back - she not only apologized for the delay / non-response from the therapist, she refunded my ENTIRE MASSAGE. I'm still stunned, because that's not even remotely what I asked for, but she insisted and prided herself on rectifying the situation. She also explained what could have caused the discomfort, how to alleviate the pain, and what massage to ask for in the future. **THIS** is how you run a business, boys and girls.
