I didn't want to wait weeks for a bike to come in, bring it home, and then wait weeks for fenders and other parts to come in before I could really ride it the way I wanted to. I'm not sure if they didn't know (or want to admit) that they had ordered the wrong model, or if there was something more icky going on...but with the size of purchase...I no longer felt comfortable.
