I called and spoke with Alessia and she was very patience answering to all my questions. We are interested in learning ballroom dance and she said we can tell her what we wanna learn at the time of the lesson. The location we went was 121 Weaverly in Pasadena. The location was easy to find (10 mins walking distance from old Pasdena town) and my mom chose to learn Waltz. Alessia was our instructor and she was trying to teach us as much as she can within the hour time. She was nice, professional, and patience with all of us. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us.

Purchased a package for 10 lessons for salsa classes taught by Arlene, a salsa expert, instructor, choreographer and a co-owner of the dance studio. The instructions were clear & at a good pace. Heck, even I can follow along. As each class progresses, she'll go a bit further teaching you other steps & moves and how to incorporate them so it will actually look like salsa dancing. The classes are a lot of fun. The others in the class are very friendly and also there to have fun. If I have any gripes, it would be for a couple of people who can't seem to follow Arlene's easy to understand instructions. Other than that... this class is totally worth taking. It's a great form of exercise and the hour goes back rather quickly. It's something fun to get out of your comfort zone and you're probably finding your new "thing" Contact her and sign up!

My daughter Dahlia has been dancing with Unbound Dance Studio since she was 5 yrs old (She will be…read more12 next month). She absolutely loves it!!! She began taking one class a week and now she takes three classes a week (plus she participates in the Dance Studio's STEP class which puts her as a helper with the younger dancers). What I like about the classes is the smaller size (number of students) per class that gives the extra support and attention to the dancers. The location is very convenient for us and the schedule fits well. The instructors are all very attentive, nurturing, caring but most importantly supportive of all dance abilities. When Dahlia turned 8 yrs old I was able to rent the studio for a couple of hours and have some private dance lessons for Dahlias list of invited friends. We were allowed snacks and refreshments and the Birthday party was very successful for Dahlia and her guest. Finally, what I feel makes this all worthwhile, is the quality of performances that the studio and their team of instructors put on. Not only at the end of their sessions (beginning of Summer) but also their holiday program (The Nutcracker). From the smallest (youngest) dancers that obviously steal the show to the older girls (which now include mine)... WOW!!! Very impressive is all I can say. In the four years that I have watched them perform they have never disappointed. I almost forgot to mention the participation in the Disneyland Holiday Parade last year. What an experience that was for my daughter and the pride I felt watching her perform at Disneyland. The small class sizes mean personal attention and getting to know fellow students. The environment is supportive while also enourgaging you to challenge yourself.
