I originally had my appointment scheduled for last Monday, but while enroute, my Ford F450's transfer case exploded just outside the Utah port of entry, forcing me to cancel. Without missing a beat, Dr. North's team was understanding and rescheduled me at a convenient time. The entire staff was warm and professional. Dez, who weighed me and took my vitals, was fantastic--she has a comforting "scale-side manner" that made me feel at ease, especially as I transition from swimsuit to sweater season! Plus, the 90's country music playing in the waiting room was a perfect touch. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. North and team!

I had to write this review because of my dissapointment in Dr. Smith and his office staff…read more Recently my 82 year old mother made an appointment at Dr. Smiths office. She had been very sick with what we believe was food poisoning of some sort. It had been 9 days of sickness for her and as her daughter I strongly encouraged her to make the appointment. She made the appointment to go in to see Dr. Smith. He has been her treating Doctor for a very long time. She went in last Thursday to Cedar City for her appointment. She got there to find out she had confused the days and her appointment was the next day. Mind you it takes her quite a while to get there as she is coming from New Harmony. She went to go to her appointment the next day on Friday. She encountered heavy traffic on her way to her appointment on Friday. She arrived 10 minutes late. She explained to the staff at the front desk, that she had an appointment but she had run into heavy traffic and how sorry she was that she was 10 minutes late. The front desk lady said she would go ask the Dr. if he would still see her. She came back to tell her that "No, Dr. Smith won't see you today". She is an 82 year old woman, she came twice to make her appointment and Dr. Smith can't see her because she was 10 minutes late?!!! Shame on you Dr. Smith. You couldn't take an extra bit of time out to see my sick mother? Your lack of empathy, compassion and concern is very obvious. I was shocked that you could not see her. I would like to see what you would say if it had been your own mother. How dissapointed we are in your office staff and you. We will be looking for a new Doctor.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He failed to get back to me on a heart monitor test…read moreresults and fabricated an office visit to cover for it. He has no credibility.

i showed up for an appointment and he refused to see me!!…read morehis office called me at 8:30 to say they had a cancellation- i said i'll be right down- loaded the dogs into the car and drove 90 miles down- only to be turned away. then another 90 miles home. even worse someone from the medical group called me an offered a free lunch coupon for when i was back in town. best to avoid him ...
