How can an ihop not be open 24/7. This pisses me off to absolutely no end. This is the only redeeming factor about ihop, because otherwise I'd just go to black bear. We went at 2:00 AM because the only places open at 2:00 were this place and Burger King. IHOP was closed, and so we went to Burger King. Service would've probably been okay if they were open. The waitress was very prompt and sweet but got our order wrong. When it came out the cali roasted turkey melt was a mess. It tasted okay but was just lacking overall. Probably won't order this again. The pancakes were great. The place was clean too which is nice. read more

I went there for breakfast and can i just say WOW in all the restaurants I went ihop the worst. Firstly, the manager is rude to all the staff and customers I heard him yell in the back and some folks waiting up front. The servers were nice and friendly but me and my group can tell a fake smile to a real one they were exhausted I heard you get NO BREAKS at all the only break you get is when you clock out apparently, the manager needs to step up or get new management ASAP honestly I feel bad for all staff and customers that come here. read more

The breakfast food was very good, cooked just as ordered and came out quickly. The main reason thought for the 5-stars is Letecia, as she was fantastic. IHOP should hope that all servers could be as good as her. The manager of this location should be aware that employees like Letecia cannot be paid enough for what they do for the image of their restaurant. 7/12/23 was at this IHOP place was out of napkins first thing. Second ask for napkins and server was so involved in getting off work she didn't care. Had someone else bring paper towels (brown) ones to us. Lid on kids cup wouldn't stay on third, server thought that was our problem, but finally fixed it. 40 minutes later our food finally showed up. By the way we were the only group of people in the place only 4 of us. Food was bad over cooked the best part was the hash browns that's it. Floor was so sticky it was like they mopped it with dirt water or something. Flys all in the place. Really come on. Then this guy brings us our bill 108.00 and some change. 80% of the time I come here I'm disappointed! Food is great but service is not good. majority of the time from the waitresses. Not all are horrible, I've gotten a gem before who I've tipped great but majority of the time my waitresses are not. Today has topped off waitress! Brought waters out to only 1/2 of the table, and I had to get up and ask her for water for the rest of 1/2 table, missing silverware as well which I had to get up and ask for when she delivered food and still didn't bring silverware, took forever to check up on us even though it was slow and only asked if we needed anything else after we got up 3 times to go ask for things we needed. I noticed every time I'd go look for her that she kept hiding behind cash registers in the middle wall while on her phone. I had included one order to go out of everyone that ate there and instead of bringing that order to go to our table she left it at the front counter... she didn't mention a word about it till I got tired of waiting and asked where my food was at and everyone else was done eating. read more

Ate dinner here last night. Very clean, nice wait staff, friendly people. The meal was awesome! I am a steak person and typically only eat steak at actual steak places. I ordered the steak tips with the onion, pepper, potato hash, it was all delicious! Highly recommend this place...and if you are looking for a place for the night Hampton Inn is in the same parking lot. We stayed there, wonderful quiet clean stay and reasonably priced. read more

It's a comfortable atmosphere and the service is good. One time they burnt my food and remade it and gave me half off. The waiters are very friendly. I only knocked one star off bc their coffee mugs got smaller and the price is the same as it was when the mugs where much bigger. So now your paying double to get the same amount. No big deal though this place is nice regardless of the coffee mugs. I travel a lot so I can honestly say garden city's IHOP is one of the nicer ones out there. read more

It's hard to fuck up breakfast, and this IHOP manages to skid by without over all pissing you off with your experience there. There's usually never a problem with the staff and the service is good and all, but the food is a solid B- but to your average fiend or hang-over ridden customer, it is much better. I recommend as an okay choice, definitely nothing too amazing though. read more

The food was like any basic IHOP restaurant, however it was the service which brought this review down. I came in asking for a take out, the server told me to sit down and wait, I waited over 30mins and watched the lady just stand there and attend to customers that came after me. She said she needed a waitress to take my order. A few waitresses kinda just stood around talking to the woman at the front desk that was seating everyone. I kinda felt forgotten just sitting there on the side, most of the waitresses working here are indeed Spanish-speaking personals and could have trouble with understanding your orders. Like I said before, the food was like any other IHOP restaurant, which I find extremely tasty and my dad said that the burgers were also delicious. Never brought tableware until we reminded them when the food finally came. 2 of the orders were wrong and had to remind them of toast. Cook can't count and read an order at the same time. My wife and I went with our group of friends for some not so late night dinner. I ordered the "never ending" shrimp and a water. After our reviving our drinks, we asked for straws. Our server tells is to wait, and brushes our request off. We had to ask another server for our straws. When our food arives. Our orders are not matched to the person who ordered them. At all. And a couple of folks in our party had empty glasses. And no questions where asked of refills where in order. We had to ask. After my first round of " endless shrimp" I ordered more. And after reviving my order of shrimp, I finished them and wanted more. We where ignored the rest of our visit. The food tasted good and was at a adiquite temperature. And atmosphere was usuall for IHOP. The WI FI is a joke, and I'm pretty sure I will be doing their online survey and letting them know of my visit. read more

I'm having the worst experience ever! They herded us in like cattle. Then they bunched us next to a family with 16 kids who won't stop staring at us. Then they threaten to kick us out for being "loud" and "inappropriate". Their coffee tastes like absolute garbage water. The music is as depressing as it gets. Did I mention the coffee sucks? Please eat here if you wish to have a terrible time. I'd rather eat out of a McDonald's dumpster than ever eat here again. Cold food, burned bacon, but at least they have filtered sewer water! If you go to IHOP order breakfast. Every breakfast item I have tried there has been very good to excellent. However, today I ordered the Avocado, Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I can honestly say it was the WORST chicken I have ever had. I jokingly told my husband they needed to serve it with a chainsaw. The meat was so tough and dry that it was inedible. The server offered to sell me another meal, but I declined. The wait staff at this restaurant is always helpful and efficient. In the past I have ordered other sandwiches that were not as good as an "average" sandwich. Perhaps I will learn to order only breakfast food-no matter what the time of day. read more

Just plain bad. I went in once and was sat down at a dirty table. I ordered a Sprite. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands, the hostess was grabbing up my drink along with other dirty dishes. She saw me and had a shocked look on her face, as if to say.. oops, shoulda done this before you got a seat. I just walked out.
