Food was ok. The wait time for the table and waitress was terrible. Definitely won't stop in on a game day

We returned to this location bcuz the food was good at 3:30 pm. We had the All-American Burger - still good. However, the restaurant was filthy - with trash and food littering the floor. One table near us had not been cleaned off from a previous customer - it was still dirty when we left. The place smelled bad, as well. I ordered 20 wings for me and my kids, I ask for half lemon pepper and half buffalo only five of my wings were seasoned and my fries were so dried out not to forget unseasoned as well. Sadly I do not recommend this buffalo wild wings to anyone looking for a good meal. read more

Service was decent but the whole place smelled like urine. Once I went to the bathroom I understood why. Puddle of urine left uncleaned near urinal had been tracked to the sink and out to the restaurant. Food wasn't the greatest either. We went to celebrate my new "sober bicycle operator" anniversary tonight. I took my 5 children and my baby mommas and a baby mommas momma. We sat towards the windows and waited for about 15-20 minutes before a waitress finally came and asked if we had been helped, I said no she said our waitress had not seen us and ended up taking our orders food was ok, no diarrhea afterwords, but typical Garden City restaurant only a reflection of a actual BWW in KansasCity or Denver. I waited 20 mins sitting at the bar before I could get the bartenders attention. Extremely over-served racist lady sitting at bar harassing people. After over an hour and multiple complaints the lady was asked to leave. During that hour, no dirty dishes/glasses cleaned off bar, manager Kyle and multiple staff standing around talking but nobody helping the poor bartender. It took me 4 times to get the bartender to take my order. She complained openly about how staff is standing around and how kitchen staff is too and not cooking food and everyone is on break but she hasn't gotten a break. She complained about her manager not helping. I finally got my sandwich after over 2 hours and this is what I got. Way to drop the ball Buffalo Wild Wings. Then a guy walks in with no shirt and orders food to go. Manager Kyle decides the jukebox is more of an issue than shirtless guy. He's sitting there over 30 mins with no shirt and customers complaining, but manager Kyle hides in the back. The Food is so good I love the Wings and the fries was so good it's 1000 out 1000 spicy

Long-time customer at another location. Ordered takeout for dinner last night. The handful of employees standing around were on their cell phones. When we got the food home... All dry season traditional wings had about twice as much seasoning as normal. Flavor was good but way too much. Fried pickles' batter was so underdone they were inedible; we will try cooking them some more as leftovers in hopes of salvaging them. Ranch was delicious. read more

It's Buffalo Wild Wings so the food was excellent. We had a really large group and I think the server had a hard time keeping up.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I've never had a bad experience here but I will say I am disappointed that we don't have the full menu like a regular Buffalo Wild Wings (I know it has to do with our small chain or something like that). Garden City customer service is about the same everywhere you go. It isn't good. Most of the servers/Hosts/Managers are LAZY. Host took us to the table that was dirty and the floors were WRECKED. Frequented this place when I returned for winter break but the last time I was here I sat at the bar with a few friends to get some beer and wings and waited 30 MINUTES to pay.
