I think the waitress was on meth. She didn't care about us at all. It took forever to take our order, took even longer to get the drinks and even longer to get our food. I have 3 kids and figured IHOP would be a great family restaurant. The waitress was obviously having a bad day. I tried to be encouraging to her but she just didn't want to be there. I said, nobody wants to be at work right? And shook off her attitude. But after waiting an hour, with little kids, the manager finally brought us our food. This type of service for IHOP prices? This is a newer location attached to a large gas station complex. For distancing reasons, they have tables set up in the general convenience store, grocery, video game area. Not the ambiance I expected however, the service was really good and the food was great. I had the ABLT, avocado and traditional BLT on sourdough. It was great. The fries were crispy, salty and hot. Delicious. Everyone else had breakfast and said the meals were good. The server was working this expanded section in the convenience store and also had tables in the regular dining room. She forgot one of our requests but got it to us once I found her and reminded her. Posted mask mandates were ignored by several guests coming into the restaurant and others wandering through the boxing game and slushie machines. The management needs to find a way to keep that in check for the safety of the guests. read more

I HATE giving 1 star reviews, but our experience here was ridiculous. We were seated right away, at a table right next to the hostess stand. A dirty, empty coffee mug was on the table when we were seated so that should've been red flag #1 that customer service was not going to be good. We waited over 10 minutes before a waitress asked us if we'd been helped, despite the fact that her and 2 other waitresses stood right beside our table pretty much the entire time giggling and acting like they didn't have anything to do. We ordered our drinks and food, which surprisingly didn't take too long to get after we ordered, but my order was incorrect. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a side of chocolate chip pancakes and was delivered a breakfast bowel and chocolate chip pancakes, but after a couple bites into the pancakes, quickly discovered that they were blueberry pancakes with chocolate chips on top. Ugh. Not even worth trying to flag down someone to acknowledge that we were customers so I ate what I could. Service was terrible and food order was wrong. This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The food took 1 hour to get to us. When we received the meal it was cold. My pancakes that came with my breakfast sampler had banana in them. When I asked the waitress why they were banana, she said we don't have those. Well, what is in this then? We went to leave and took our check to them because the waitress never came back after we got the check from the manager. When we went to pay for our check she charged us for 2 tables over double the amount on our bill. Then when we brought it to her attention the manager said not to worry because she didn't push finalize so it would fall off of our pending charges. This lady is an idiot. We got charged 3 times for the same meal. We will be back in a couple of days when it goes through to get a full refund. The worst service we have ever received. The people we asked for a server were servers themselves and they were stuffing their faces with food right out on the dining room floor. Now the food came out warm, we had to get someone to the table and ask for coffee and drink refills, the eggs were ordered over medium and not runny and they came out runny. When told about it it took 20 minutes for the server to come back to the table, only to say oh! Your eggs are PROBABLY just about done! And THEN she put in the order. Ten minutes later the manager brings the eggs out! They comp'd that meal but really, worst service ever. We know the server can't read our minds so we even told her we needed drinks more often, still sat for 10-15 minutes at a time with NO coffee, no visits to the table, while the food was getting cold because we needed drinks to be able to drink with our meals! Do not go here to eat. Ordered online went there, food wasn't ready. Waited another 40 minutes for my food as all the workers sat on their phones joking around about very inappropriate things. Finally our food was ready then one of the workers thought it was funny we waited so long for our food and was talking shit about us as we walked out. Got home food was disgusting and stone cold. Most lazy workers I've ever seen, didn't give two shits about any of the customers. Will not ever go back and I feel very sorry for anyone who ever decides to "try" to eat there because most likely will wait all day and then get shitty food in return and have the workers be extremely rude the entire time and make your experience a joke. If I could give no star that would be our choice. 1) No parking 2) HORRIBLE service, young kids who don't care if you wait forever for a refill on your coffee or your check. 3) Worst part was when I went through 3 things of WRAPPED silverware because it was DIRTY! First set had DRIED egg on it, second set had grease I wiped off with my napkin and the third set was still gross...I ended up folding my nasty crisp flate tasteless pancake (only ate 1 bite) and dipping it in the little container of poor looking syrup! Something needs to improve. Tall guy server was very nice but could work on promptness. Maybe not his fault. Food came 50 minutes after ordering and was disappointing. Not all ingredients were in dishes. When asked about them they said they were out. Only one cook but three servers folding silverware. Someone go back and help the cook!
