We stopped in for a business dinner expecting prime service and top-tier execution. While the steaks themselves were properly cooked, the rest of the meal fell completely flat. The appetizers and sides had a pre-made, mass-catered quality--closer to a chain like Chili's than a high-end steakhouse charging premium prices. Service was sluggish throughout the night. San Antonio's steakhouse market is wildly competitive right now. With so many incredible local spots delivering exceptional food and flawless service at this price point, Ruth's Chris simply isn't keeping up.
