This was at IHop in Smyrna TN. Unbelievable. These 2 girls sitting there drinking and eating on the phone and wrapping silverware I'm going to put in my mouth! Oh did I mention coughing into hand and continued to wrap silver without cleaning hands . I guess she wiped her hands on the napkins I'm going to wipe my face with. A word of advice to the owner things like what your 2 employees did on the 25th of November 2024. They are costing you business! Business going to drop off big time if you don't train your employees on basic hand washing no eating while wrapping silverware. I have a video of this on social media. Couldn't post here.

Stopped in for lunch at IHOP and had a great experience! Donna, our waitress, was professional, kind, and very accommodating. She made sure everything was just right and made us feel truly taken care of. The food was delicious and came out quickly. We really appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be back. Thanks, Donna!

#56/2023 Well as I said definitely you walk in I'm a long haired Rock and roller they got classic rock going I heard deep purple Black Sabbath and a whole lot more that's a big Plus in my book to begin with yes lol! So the IHOP outside of Smyrna down near the mall open 24 hours with unique hours to begin with as I found out Here after 10:00 p.m. the dining room is locked up the walk-in lobby is locked up the only thing they have are Uber kind of delivery people and that's it. A while it's open it's only open for Call deliveries that's it. Personally I find it kind of unique and probably easier just to close it up around 10 or 11:00 at night like a lot of IHOPs do but that's their choice. I walked in before the pre dinner crowd and it was pretty empty I got seated right away. I know just there was a few changes one of my usuals I was really liking were the crepes that had the lingonberries however they got rid of the ligonberry for now. I also have some kind of versions of alternate Benedict's you can get pictures on the menu are enclosed as of for now that could be subject to change They also had something new called pancake tacos at the time this was in July of 2023 when I was in there. But post photos are posted those too. I went with what was called a split decision breakfast after I ordered up some coffee. It consists of pancakes Eggs And a piece of French toast along with meat two sausage two bacon or four pieces of your choice ham is extra. I also decided to do an addition of adding blueberries for the pancakes. Food came out fairly quick. Pancakes look good with the whipped cream on it it was almost a little too much but it was delicious with the blueberries very tasty Eggs were nicely soft scrambled the bacon was good the sausage was fine on the French toast was very good too. Using the can on the way out I know she was very clean this is a very large dining room and older IHOP but kept up very well and I definitely will come back to it again especially for the good music.

This is Kay! Ask for her. Btw, the entire staff was awesome and communicated well with their customers and each other.

This was our first time here. My son had his braces removed and we wanted to celebrate. I-Hop was the perfect spot. Thank you for making this awesome day even MORE remarkable!

This is the worst IHOP. Bad service and terrible tasting food. I would pass this IHOP and go to the one in Murfreesboro.

Great service every single time. Food is always great. I typically get the Colorado omelet with avocado inside.

First - the parking lot is large and easy to get in/out. Second - we went in at 12:40 and were seated immediately. Lots of tables to handle a crowd. Third - Haley was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. My daughter got the honey caramel crunch iced coffee, and we checked the menu. Haley gave us perfect amount of time to decide and I chose the biscuits and gravy side along with the seasoned potatoes. Very delicious, and the portion was just right to not feel too stuffed but also feel satisfied. Haley got me a drink to go as we were leaving. I noticed every one working was smiling and courteous. I will be coming back more often.

The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly--more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much more enjoyable. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. A touch more sage in the sausage would have added the savory depth that makes biscuits and gravy truly memorable. One of the highlights of the meal was the fresh juice selection. The Morning Meditation was refreshing with a bright blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave. The lavender drink was equally delicious, light, floral, and refreshing without being overpowering. If you're visiting First Watch, I highly recommend trying one of their fresh juices. Overall, while the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes missed the mark for me, the fresh juices, eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage made for a pleasant brunch experience. I'd gladly return and explore more of their savory breakfast offerings.

This place will surprise you with the interior space (beautifully decorated) plus the outside seating which is also pet friendly. I went upstairs and sat at the bar where I met Kate...she is a non-stop dynamo behind the bar with a fun personality. The two dishes I enjoyed were specials for the evening and may not be available when you visit. My appetizer...black mussels in an elegant cream sauce...this dish blew me away. Make sure you dip the bread in the sauce, it was so good I was tempted to order another helping. For dinner the fried Grouper over a bed of gnocchi and a drizzle of aioli was incredible. The breading was light, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was very well done. While I am not a fan of the texture of gnocchi...this was really good with the cream sauce. What sets this place apart...the people! Yes...the food is great! But when you spend four hours enjoying a great meal, intriguing conversation, and a smattering of food theory you know you've found a bit of paradise. Thanks to Kate, the owner Jason, Chef Armen and his wife Ericka...it was a pleasure to meet and spend time with all of you.

It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor with the brie and raspberry jam. The chorizo brussel sprouts made a great side, packed with flavor. My wife also let me try her chicken piccata with seasonal vegetables, which were both amazing. All of the staff was welcoming and our server was knowledgeable of the menu and made good recommendations. We went on a Saturday night and they had live music upstairs, which was a great surprise. The band was very talented. If you haven't been yet, you need to check this place out, and if you went before, you should give it another chance. We will definitely be back!
