We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.

This being a workers comp claim their was pushback from the insurance company that the office staff dealt with and handled wonderfully. I had a scope of my left shoulder and recovered quicker than expected and my three incision points are hardly noticable, surgery was effective and professional and I now actually have better range of motion with my left shoulder than my right. As long as you follow the Drs orders pre and post surgery you are in great hands, I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommended as a surgeon and orthopedic specialist.

I went back to PV twice and they suggested returning to Modern Focus as the lenses matched the script. The Dr at MF said my vision changed and gave me less of a correction. I feel her 11/25 script was inaccurate but she said no and charge me $60 for the new one because I didn't buy glasses there. What a rip off! PV is making my new lenses for free. Now that's good customer service. Oh, and I was the doctor's first appt of the day and she arrived 15 minutes late to work. Like my time isn't worth anything? Needless to say, I canceled my next exam. I went to Dr Gould for years and always received excellent care and customer service. MF could use a little training on both areas.

I get their 9 minutes late and the front desk tells me that Dr. Kuhn has a strict 7 min window he follows that if you are not there within, you will need to rebook your appointment for another time...uh, no I will need to find a new doctor. I am just glad I was able to see how the practice operates before I had any major surgeries. Be forewarned, if you are going to be more than 7 minutes late, don't bother even going, if you get stuck in traffic, doesn't matter, after 7 minutes doctor will not see you! The staff what great to deal with, they cannot say anything about it but they totally get it.

The office is always clean and inviting. The front end staff is quick to address and the nurses have been very nice and professional to me. Was always made to feel comfortable and at home. They would numb me up, cut out a bump, then staple me together and send me on my way. Quick and easy. The scars have been very light and hard to spot, which is good for very visible areas.
