I was so pleased with this company. They were scheduled to arrive at 1pm but came a few hours early, which was nice to get some extra "free" time with the inflatable. The slide itself was WAY bigger than I expected, it was perfect for my age group of 6-8 year olds. It was a little too intense for the little kids (3 yr olds). The delivery and pickup was efficient and the employees were very professional. We had weather issues and had to change the rental date and there was no issue with that. Let me just start by saying that you will not find an inflatables company that is more dedicated to their customers and the growth of their company through customer service. They are VERY active in the community, are consistent in their advertising, offer outstanding specials and treat their customers like family. iJump rentals really made our daughter's first birthday party a huge success! We had probably rented a regular moonwalk for her party, but the day before we decided to change it to a water combo because of how hot the weather has been. They were able to accommodate our last minute change, and the moon walk with water slide was a hit! After the party all the adults were in it and we didn't want them to pick it up.. The delivery team were prompt, communicated well via phone calls and text messages to make us aware of delivery and pick up. iJump rentals is awesome! I originally had to cancel my daughters 5th birthday party at a ranch due to Lots of rain during the week and parts of the ranch was flooded. Amazing service and great specials. I rented a bouncy house for my daughters 1st birthday party this past weekend. Plus a entertainer to do balloon twisting and face painting from their partnering company. They made it really easy to set up my party with only one phone call! When bringing the bouncy house they made sure to call a head of time to make sure we were home and the set up was very quick. They took a check for all the services so I did not have to worry about paying entertainer during the party. The entertainer was amazing and she was dressed as a very sweet (not scary) clown. She was amazing with the kids and they all loved her! Everyone loved the party and it was a great experience and if we have another party in Tomball I would use them again. I rented the 5 in 1 bouncy house for my son's birthday party this past Saturday. Not only was the item a hit with the kiddos, it was very affordable. For $324.75 (after taxes), I was able to get the bouncy house, a tent for the parents to sit in the shade, a generator and fuel and fans to run the bouncy house, delivery, set up and take down. I guarantee you won't find a better deal, because I looked. My wife and I didn't have to do anything except order the pizza and answer the front door! On top of all that, the owners and their staff were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. I'm going to use this company for all of our future parties and events. read more
