She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.

Worst equipment rental business ever in my 24 years of construction renting history. They have no after hour and weekend contact or phone number, not even an email. So when the junk rental they send you break out which 9 of 10 times it does, you have no way of getting a hold of anyone and you are just screwed. They known about this for years and does not care, this is the way they do business. At the time of rental they tell you that if the equipment breaks down they will come service it free of charge, but they don't. "It's not their problem" they said to old broken down equipment and down time that you couldn't use their equipment...just tough luck for you. They'll come pickup their trashy equipment on the schedule date regardless of your situations and to top it off....they charge you more then what they told you and invoice you to begin with; like delivery fee, etc. Plus they'll do everything in their power to never return your security deposit and if you're lucky you may get $80 of your $350 deposit back 2 months later. Yelp. Time for lawsuit and BBB action on this small business who is in the business to rip people off.
