The slide was set up improperly causing burns and scars on 10 children at our party. When brought to the owners attention he only complained about the slide being used improperly. The smaller children who stayed at the bottom of the slide which was majority of the time sustained no injuries becaue they weren't using the slide. The older kids who tried to use the slide all sustained serious burns on their back sides legs and arms. This owner had no intentions or care to help us resolve this issue. All he could say was his team has been working for him for so long and couldn't possibly have made this mistake however my pictures show other wise. I do not trust this company his products or his workers. I highly recommend to find another company. Please review photos attached of the injuries due to the slide being faulty and not put together properly by his team. These kids were bleeding and burned and in pain today. Thankfully I was sent to Moonstruck Rentals by recommendation and am glad I took them up for business. First and foremost they were super quick and responsive to all my questions. Their company is organized, straightforward, and everything is easy to understand when it comes to picking and choosing your inflated entertainment, and believe me when your searching through all the various business offering these services you will understand. The rental is delivered in the AM between 8AM-1130AM and pick up between 6PM-930PM. There isn't a set hour allotment, and they even called me the evening before to assure me that they would be delivering my rental at 1030AM, which by the way I missed their call so they sent me a text! Can we say awesome service! Being within 15 miles of the business zip of 77388, my delivery was free, score! A deposit of $50 was required for reservation and the rest of the payment is collected after rental arrives and is set up. Let me just say these guys were punctual, they arrived at 10 (early, say what?) and they had my super clean, blue and green bouncy castle with dinosaur themed banner up and going in less than 30 minutes, can you say "jumping" for joy! Pick up was later that evening long after my party had ended so there was no worry on crying kids throwing unnecessary fits due to being cut short, in fact I think most of my guests were bounced out! I highly recommend Moonstruck Rentals for all your party rental needs, great service, great quality, awesome pricing, and super efficient! Seems like family runs the shop. I mean, the owner was literally doing a mixture of education, helium tank vendor refills, multiple balloon bundles and custom orders. Understandably, I had a longer wait than expected, but it allowed me the time to take in their full collection of offerings and my balloon bundles looked great. They're definitely better than a large box brand, I'll certainly be back!

I saw it on the invoice so I opted to bring "Pat" the owner cash. He proceeded to scream at me and say he was cancelling my tent order if I didnt give him a credit card right then. So I paid it. It was too close to party date to cancel at that point. The disco ball didnt work. That was $250.00 down the drain. The tent lighting was inadequat. IF YOU DO USE THEM, DONT BUY INTO THE TENT LIGHTING THEY PROVIDE.. that was another $250.00. He said he was picking up the tent on Monday morning and was not there until Tuesday night. We didnt have permission by the HOA for that extended time. This has caused a problem. He took almost 2 days to install. This caused a back log with the decorators and caterers. One star is too good for this company.
