Upon arriving, I was little skeptical because it's in the corner of a shopping center and it's crazy dark lol. Inside was dark too but the owner said he doesn't turn them on unless people come to play which with this economy, I get it. We chose laser tag and did 2 games! Our experience with them was 10/10. It was professional & fun, even just us, a family of 4, we really did enjoy our time there! Thanks LaserX, we'll be back.

Not to mention there are no lights there so we had to sit in the complete dark and shine our phone flashlights to be able to cut the cake and actually see what we were eating. They finally got them started shooting at 8pm after much chaos of guns and vest not working and then only allowed them to play for 25 minutes and said they were done. Playing time is supposed to be for an hour..... I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted to talk to the manger whom they then called and he was a jerk hiding behind the phone making excuses of why we had to stop playing. When I demanded my child's party get to finish their playtime, he said they would have to wait for the other group to have their whole play time before we could finish. Keep in mind it's now 9pm and our party was supposed to start at 7. We choose to leave and will NEVER return to that place again. It's the most unorganized place I have ever dealt with in my whole life!!!

To the parents who say its boring....well guess what,... you are suppose to be there for your children to have fun (not you). God blessed you with a child, so raise them with happiness and be a part of that joy. I'm a very protective parent, and I don't leave my children alone in a public place. I never dump my child off and then go run errands. I protect them with "MY" supervision, while at the same time enjoying "their" fun. So if you go to Urban Air, Shenanigans, Chucky Cheese or whatever,...remember, these places aren't babysitting services. Just imagine if your child needed you, and you weren't there for them. That's the kind of policy customers deserve to know upfront, not after they're already locked in. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Representatives were unhelpful, communication was poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. It feels like the company is more focused on keeping customers locked into contracts than providing good service. I won't be renewing and would not recommend the membership to others.

The equipment was top-notch, the movie looked and sounded great, and everything ran without a hitch. Their attention to detail helped make the event a huge success for our residents. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be reaching out to Freedom Fun USA again for next year's Movie in the Park.
