I took a special kiddo (20 years) and there was plenty to do. We paid for an hour and I assumed I needed to pay as well. The nice gentleman gave me socks and I didn't need to pay -so nice of him because my kiddo was tired in 20 min!! Plenty of trampolines, 2 basket ball hoops, and dodge ball. It was the most fun! Do not have a birthday party at this establishment! The pizza was cold, they didn't know where the cake was, there were no forks for the guests and the "so called host" was non-existent. The guests' play time was cut short while waiting on the cold pizza. No apology was given and no refund was offered. A big price to pay for service that we had to do ourselves. They have separated all the attractions to make money you now have to pay extra for the rock-wall and other attractions 28 dollars per child for an hour is ridiculous. Excellent place to have fun and burn off energy. My 3 sons, ages 4, 9, and 12 had a great time. I love that they have climbing area with a slide for my 4 year old. He does not need to feel left out while his older brothers are in the ninja course because he has his own. My eldest loved the later tag. I even jumped a little. All in all a good time. read more

I took my son here for his birthday, and as soon as I walked in the door the employees were extremely polite and high energy. As i was joking with one of the young men about me jumping the owners happened to be there and came out of the office because we were laughing so hard. He was also very nice and was telling me about the facility and how long they had been opened, and interacting with my son and telling him how he made a great birthday choice. By the end of the conversation he gave us a great discount and told us he would see us next time. A tad bit overpriced and completely terrible service, very cramped , and stressful environment. There are so many kids and absolutely no system to keep track of who goes in and out of where. Witnessed multiple young children accidentally wonder into unsupervised areas. We decided shortly into our party that we needed to order more pizzas (which they just order from Papa Johns btw) and we even asked if we could simply go pick it up and order for them to feed our party...Answer was no. Manager was rude and abrupt did not try to assist in anyway to accommodate our parties situation. Left kids hungry and tired. Uncomfortable environment and will NOT recommend. Visited this location for my nephews birthday 8/14/21! Terrible customer service! Encountered a rude female worker who basically stood at the door with arms crossed and didn't service us!! There was a kind gentlemen who was the only person assisting customers at the front desk as well as concession stand. I understand being short staffed these days. This is a great trampoline park and my grands love it every time we go. It's a little pricey but you can't put a price on their happy faces in a safe environment with foam to cushion their falls. If I had a change to be made, it would be a "lounge" of sorts for the adults with a window to watch the kids and closed circuit cameras for us to watch them when they are out of view. The lounge could have more comfortable seating with a better array of drinks and snacks offered. The kids can play for hours and we adults are forced to sit in uncomfortable couches or stools for those hours. More comfortable surroundings for us, we can stay longer to get our money's worth. The kids will love to stay longer. read more

I took my little nephew there-- I believe it was a Saturday. They always offer such great deals! It was very crowded though, which was to be assumed. Dirty and definitely not a family safe environment! Decided to have a birthday party here and try out a new business in Tyler. Extremely cramped and not enough seating for parents or guests, don't expect to be treated with any amount of hospitality from the manager. After having water thrown on me by kids and not being able to order food, the hostess asked if she could get us anything. I asked what options they had to offer and she said "well actually not really anything". Disappointed and won't be returning until they have a change in the way they operate. read more
