My grandchildren love this place. We took them once and now it has become our spot to take them once a week to allow them to run free and tire themselves out. There is a section for pampered toddlers and area for older children. The place is a little dated but I like the interactive stuff here more than at the new modern places. The attractions are in closed so no fear that they will fall. For older kids they may want more but it is just enough for my 2 and 4 year old. They love being able to climb up of things without us screaming for them get down. There are little electric cars they can ride on and an adults are able to play on the attractions with their children. read more

Wow at this place!! SUPER COOL, absolutely the greatest place. Went there today and had a blast. So for $20 a child gets in with unlimited time to play and along with that 2 adults get in with each child FREE!! I wish we had a place like this where we live but as my Son says, "Texas has everything" My daughter n law suggested we take the kids there today to play and we all enjoyed ourselves. This place was just the right size, price and amount of fun. It's nestled among a few stores. I I love the fact that I was able to watch my kiddo the entire time from the comfort of my seat. There were plenty of safe guards in place to ensure the kids could safely have fun. Snacks are available to keep the little one's sweet tooth happy. We wanted a fun place for our toddler to play indoors, and most places were closed. They have a toddler area and it's awesome. Parents can go with the kids, too! Jumping music, lights and atmosphere. This indoor playground really good for bigger kids. However their red slide looks to me to high, and a lot of kids plays by themselves. One time when my daughter about to slide with that red slide other girl came and hold her hand while she is in slide and turns out my kid lost her balance and end up sliding with her face. Thanks God, it wasn't bad, but still she had red red face (i was so scared) We have no idea where was that girls parents. They didn't even host the party or sing happy birthday. We did everything! I had to ask for plates, cups, etc. They don't let you come in early to set up either. We get there & empty! No one occupied the space at all! They don't watch the kids either. Kids were lost & crying. They wouldn't even let me charge my phone! I do not recommend this place for anyone because of the service level. They rushed us out so we just left because everyone in our party was tired of them. We went for opening day today and what a blast everyone had! Sensuously the best indoor park we have ever seen!! This place is huge and offers a heck of a lot more than most kids venues. You will have to see for yourself. There is nothing else like it in Texas! It was super clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer! They even played with the kids and took some on the slide with them!! This place is first class all the way and dirt cheap for what you get!! The place itself is very clean, normal wear and tear but nothing unsafe. The two times I've been here there weren't too many kids. As far as "arcade" games they don't really have anything. The kids love the little scooter rides they have here. Plenty of space for the adults to sit and watch the kiddos or you can play with them. When she got there, they wanted to charge FORTY dollars for her!!! That's double the price. They would not allow her to pay the normal price, and defended themselves by saying the details were shared with the person having the party. Okay, but how could WE have known this!? Absolutely terrible and outrageous. We would have made completely different plans. The employees were unwilling to budge, and were not willing to call the manager to discuss the issue. We came here on a Friday morning from 10am-1pm. It was wonderful!! Not too many people there since it's a school day which made it way easier to keep up with the kids. The whole place is kids friendly and parents can easy climb everything and follow the kiddos around. Extremely clean!! Had great and clean kids music too. My kids had a blast and honestly- we did too! Only downfall was there was only one staff member in the entire place. He was doing it all and working really hard. My daughter in law takes my grandson here all the time and on Saturday 01/20/2023 around 2pm they went. When she went to pay, they told her the total was 22.00 but debited her account 222.00. I understand people make mistakes, but when she contacted the manager she was given a HR email and phone number that she cant get a hold of anyone. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to rectify something like this. She has to jump through hoops just to get money back that was took from her. Insane!! read more

If I could give 0 stars o would The staff is very rude and clueless. Went this past weekend for a birthday party and I have 3 teens who were not going to use any of the amenities and were just going to sit at table and play on their phones. I have a younger son (8yrs) who was going to use them. When we were checking in the told me I needed to pay $180 due to party chosen was the $39 per person. I then proceeded to tell them I'm here for a party and the 3 older ones will not be participating. The manager stated sorry we had to pay for all kids as long as they are sitting at a table. I was not about to have my family member pay$120 for kids that were gonna just sit there. Not only that they are very disorganized any other place you go to usually has a minimum of kids and any kids after will be taken care of at end of party. It was rude for them to keep asking my family me ever to go to desk and pay for everyone who came in individually meaning when I got there they were paying for my little one then another person got there and they had to call them again over to counter to take care of them as well. You should wait til end instead of dragging the parents to front counter every time someone shows up for party. It is causing stress and pulling them from enjoying their child's birthday. Food: my family member was given 4 pizzas in her package and she went up to counter to purchase additional pizzas as she feared running out. They are charging $30 per additional pizza $30!!!!!!!! Are you serious?? Price gouging!!! Family was able to call pizza place down the street and bring it in. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THEM IT IS RIDICULOUS!!!! I would not recommend this place at all. Few months ago I bought this card and used it the same day I got it for my three kids, three weeks later I went to kids empire and the employee at the counter told me that my card is empty!!! I smiled and told her there's no way because I only used it once , she said OK let me grab the manager The manager came and she checked the card and said there's a problem and she worked at it for 10 minutes and supposedly fixed that problem, they said we are very sorry few times, and I said no problems just I wanna make sure that doesn't happen the next time I come in and she said very confidently know it will never happen again we are very sorry, we then when we had fun and we came back two weeks later, it was a Saturday I gave the employee the card and she said it's empty!! And i smiled and said no please get the manager and I was hoping it was the same lady who helped me last time but someone else came to assist, five minutes later while my kids watch other kids play they then got fussy and they wanted to go in and play and have fun like the other kids! After 10 minutes of trying to get the car to work I looked at the employee not the manager who's working to help me but I looked at the employee and asked her if I my my kids can go in and start playing until we get this situation solved and ill be here waiting. Out of nowhere the manager looked at me and very rudely yelled at me and said no you're not doing that like I was a thief or somebody that was going to rip them off or some thing . After he insulted me I reached my wallet and I grabbed a $100 bill and I said I don't give a .... and told him to take my money and let me kids in to play. The manager said now you have to leave, I told him no I'm not leaving I'm paying with my money I'm a I'm a paying customer although I knew I have money on that card they charged me for from kids empire . I then told him you Noah give me my all my money and I'll leave your shitty place. Would you blame me ! He said leave now or I will call the cops so I told him go ahead call the cops or I will call them or I would call them myself, 10 minutes later the cops arrived the one inside I don't know what he told them but when they came outside they gave me a criminal trespassing the first time in my entire life I don't even have a speeding ticket on my record! Meanwhile my kids are watching the cops called on their parents and one of my kids who is 4 years old starts crying thinking the cops are going to arrest me and asking me crying dad are you going to be arrested, i said no daddy we are going to a different place to play. In the same night in the middle of the night my daughter will burst out of sleep crying having nightmares. Thanks to Patrick the manager who called the cops and wasted their time on what could have been solved if he was nice and humane about it. For the last two weeks I've been trying to call the corporate office after Patrick telling me that they don't have a phone number to reach them at but still I tried to get it and no response from nobody I need the money on that punchcard and cancel this shitty membership. read more

Great place for kids of all ages. Very clean and well kept. They have a reserved area just for babies and toddlers and they make sure to enforce the rules. There is a small disco that is so fun and plays kid friendly music only. This is a huge play place, but they have staff circulating the entire time to make sure everyone is safe. Make sure to sign the waiver before you go to save some time. Wear or bring socks for everyone. Socks are required. They do have a snack bar with refreshments and they host parties. There is plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would reccomend this play place to anyone who enjoys fun. read more

We are regular Kid Mania (Plano) customers and thought this place looked similar. Figured we'd make the drive and give it a shot. Our kids asked to never go back. That bad. First, they had one employee working the counter. It took nearly 30 minutes to pay and get in. When I say pay, holy hell, I mean PAY! $60 for my four kids. No discount for my barely 2 year old. We pay about $21 at Kid Mania for comparison. Then the snacks were horribly overpriced as well. $3 bottle of coke and $2.50 chips. Nuts. If those 2 things were an omen, we should have paid attention. The problems just went downhill from there. There is a giant tower of death. I have no idea how the city approved this thing, but it's good for them that everyone signs a waiver. It's a couple stories tall with multiple levels of elastic bands. Kids fall all the way down landing on top of other kids. We saw multiple kids come out injured. We informed staff that a bunch of bigger kids were hurting others and they acted indifferent and not once addressed it. The ball pit smelled like a hundred dirty diapers with a slight odor of vomit. When I went to retrieve my toddler, both my socks came out wet. They have little bikes that kids race all over, between tables, everywhere. I cannot count how many times my toddler was mowed over. It was nuts. The employees were extremely rude and unpleasant. I didn't see a single smile, no one was helpful, all were grumpy. Don't you dare put on your shoes before you're out the front door. I put mine on at our table to head out and an employee rudely barked orders that I had to remove them. I told her we were leaving and she said she didn't care - we had to put them on at the door. We went to the table right next to the door and stopped to put shoes on. She ran up waiving her finger and again scolded us saying we had to be out. I've never been treated like that anywhere. Mind you, people had shoes on to go to the bathrooms, and the employees were all wearing shoes. I get it on the equipment, but it's pretty unpleasant to walk around all the tables stepping in crumbs and spilled beverages. We left stressed, $80 in the negative, and feeling like we needed a nice bleach shower. Ick. read more

This is a great place for kids. It is clean, modern, lots to do. The cost is $15 per child but adults are free. Our little one loves it. Something for her to do for hours. We usually for about 3 hours so it's $5 an hour, hard to complain about that, especially when the little one is so tired all she wants to do is sleep when we get home. Highly recommended. The manager Patrick was VERY rude I asked if he could let my guests in & he told me everyone playing or not has to sign a waiver.. cool we did that. Then I asked for socks & how much they were I thought my daughter would get some free bc it's her bday but cool I paid anyways not a big deal. Then he told me he has no idea how I'm setting my party up & I haven't paid when the lady on the phone told me I pay at the end when the party is over he was giving me ONLY 10 min to call my bd back to bring the card AFTER HE JUST LEFT. I paid a $160 deposit so I doubt if I was going to rob the place for a free party LOL. I told him my bd will be back in 30min bc he had to go get drinks he said well the best I can do is 5more min so I had to have my dad pay for the party bc he was legit about to kick me and my guests out !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A PARTY overall the place is fun but the manager Patrick basically ruined my time. He was also making my ADULT guests remove their shoes wen there were about 80% of adults wearing shoes. I guess he picks and chooses who he tells things too. I even told him I was going to leave a bad review bc they had poor communication, didn't even provide all the party essentials & I felt belittled. First off , glad to see the return of the ball pit for the littles . Cool idea and brings back 90s nostalgia! I debated between 3 stars and 4 stars mainly because of the price. $15 dollars a child is CRAZY, especially if you have multiple kids. Good thing is they do allow you to leave and return once (not likely we'd do that but cool option) still too expensive. Nowhere I go requires me to pay full price admission for a 2 year old. The snacks inside are near movie theatre prices. An ice cream was 4$ ... a small drink was 2$ ... a small bag of chips were 2$. You would think the 15$ a kid would mean the snacks would be priced accordingly. Nope! Expensive! Coins are 1 for 1$ or 6 for 5$ ... also expensive. I'd recommend the motorcycle ride ons rather than the animal ride ons. The animal ones are def not worth a dollar for the 40 second super slow moving ride. The motorcycle ones are fast and you can do multiple laps around! My 2 year old got off the animal but enjoyed the motorcycle ... I rode on it with him ! All in all other than prices, it's fun! We had a good time and stayed more than an hour! Pack your own snacks and drinks and you'll have fun! It isn't that big though so it doesn't take to long to do everything. Not sure if we will return due to price though. First time here with my 3 yr old. First impression.. pricey! Especially if you have more than one kid! Price is $15 per kid, 2 adults free and make sure you bring socks because they are mandatory.. if you don't have any, be prepared to pay another $2.50 for socks. That being said... Price is for the entire day and your able to leave and come back once which is nice if you want to go out get something to eat close by and come back. As far as the play area.. my daughter loved it. Some stuff is a little to big and she may need to be older to play and feel comfortable on it but there was definitely plenty for her to do and get energy out. Play areas and bathrooms are clean. I want to behind by stating that In general I LOVE THIS PLACE! I enjoy bringing my daughter here and playing for hours! Even I have a great time playing here! It is fun for all ages! Positives: this place is super clean! It is very well kept, the floor has never been dirty of anything, not a napkin, a piece of lint or anything! The equipment is clean as well and very well maintained. There is a dancing room where they play music and have a disco ball that's really awesome! They have an area separated from the big kids area for young children that are still in diapers, it has a jungle gym, slide and ball pit. There is a rolling slide that has a sled which is super cool. Loads of areas to climb. They have these drivable motor bikes and cars that are used by tokens that go underneath some of the play areas, and there is an area in the upper level that you can run and play soccer on. There is a free fall rope thing too that's pretty awesome. The staff are mostly all pretty friendly, and I love that you have to take your shoes off before entering the Main play area to prevent spreading germs and things from your shoes. Negatives: there aren't a lot of negative things that's I can say. There is a huge pink slide in the middle of the ply area that you climb up to, and part of the climb you can see through the netting to the back of the slide and see all kinds of trash and old or broken equipment. The kids probably don't even notice but it's not appealing to me. The drinks and snacks are pretty expensive as well. The major problem I had with this place was my daughters birthday party! I thought that since we had so much fun there it wouLd be a great place to celebrate her birthday.... and it was! It was a lot of fun! BUT!!!!! We paid a pretty pretty penny for it!!! the initial deposit was like $150 bucks which I thought was going to be like half of the total... WRONG! Was I so wrong! The online party scheduled was doWn so I had to go into the place to secure it. When I went in, the lady at the front set it all up, she told me if I bring my own cake, decorations, and pizza there would be a discount for each off of the total. I told her I would bring all of the above because my daughter wanted a lion king themed birthday. Which she said was cool. She told me a week before the party someone would call and confirm the party..... WRONG - it didn't happen at all. Well I get there and they have some random dude there setting up the party through the computer. He tells me there's a remaining balance of $315, I was like okay for what? He said 10 adults at $15.99, and 12 kids at $10.99 plus 4 pizzas. I was like no, we brought our own food, decorations.. etc. the lady who set up the party was next to him on another register and he said to her "how do I take the pizzas off ? She brought her own?" And she replied ( while not looking at me I might add!) " no she said she wanted the pizzas and I've already called to order them." .... whIch I replied I've already got my own food and I told you I was bringing it before! ... eventually it was taken off and I paid somewhere in the ball park if $275 which puts this party at $425. That was what I was expecting to pay, yes it is expensive but in this day that's about average. Well! They gave us a certificate thing for the birthday girl of which her was not spelled anywhere close to correct! Then they kept comIng to me and asking me if people who were arriving where allowed to come in because " I was over my limit".... let me tell you what" over the limit " means... they charged each adult ( mind you again it's $15.99 per adult) who came in with their child. That's right! You heard me correctly! If both parents come to the party you have to pay for the second parent! How rude is it to say that to someone " hey Becky you gotta leave John at home for the party cuz I ain't paying extra!" Hell no you're not going to say that! But who in Their right mind wants to pay $16 for someone to sit their butt down at a table???? Because let's face it, most parents aren't Going up in that jungle gym to play! as the party ended I was brought to the register to pay for these extra guests $300 was the total! About $735 was the end total........ Never again my friends.... NEVER AGAIN! read more

This place was great when it first opened but I feel like for a place that hasn't been open very long it already is starting to look run down and unfortunately after today's visit I doubt we will be coming back this is suppose to be a kids place but safety is clearly not a priority. We came in maybe 2 weeks ago and I had found a nail in the kids play area that I'm assuming had came off either the pole or the slide I turned it in to the staff but pretty much its nothing but teenagers working here (not that it's a bad thing but where is a real adult or manager?) Today's visit wasn't much better either. My kid was in the building block section and what did I find? Another nail! I handed it over to the staff again and they just said they would "look into it but it probably came from the equipment" oh lord ! lol. But for real the bridge on the 2 floor that is held together by zip ties like 6 of them are broken along with the "safety net" so I would watch your kid otherwise they will go flying down a story. One of the entrance step ways has one step missing and has been since my last visit there 2 weeks ago. Some of the soft foam is starting to come off so you can see the wood and the boards on the ground shift so I've seen a handful of kids get their foot stuck and hurt. This is suppose to be for KIDS but that would explain why they have u and everyone else sign a bunch of waivers and for $15 a kid plus the food, drinks and tokens that you buy separately I think the owner could afford to put a little bit of money into repairs and safety. Anyways I'll post pictures of our visit from today so you guys can see for yourselves.
