Considering I originally called asking to haul away a damaged furniture purchase and ended up asking Chris to put together a west elm console table, hang a 30lb mirror and hang a few other framed artwork pieces I had - all I can say is wow! Kept me informed via texts of estimated and then exact time of arrival. Chris and Dimitri were professional, polite, safe (mask & gloves) and quick in hauling everything out. Amazing service from Chris! Friendly and cheerful customer service, very responsive and informative. Lots of old paint cans, spray paint cans and chemicals I don't use any more all hauled away with ease. Also had several laptops and PCs that had no power cords so no way to erase the memory from them. That worried me a little but he assured me that before taking them to the recycling center, he would swipe them clean with a powerful magnet. This is how we (my husband and I), first, became acquainted with Chris, at IJunkNOW: We had a pipe that suddenly started to leak in our garage. Thus, we needed to get rid of the junk--ASAP--so that service technicians could have room (in the garage) to repair the pipes.
