I called some other businesses and let them know I was running comps. Ramiro, the business owner of pro Clean was my last call. Even across the phone line, I trusted him. Simple as that. He indicated they all have about the same competitive prices. He quoted me a little bit higher than another business. I asked him to meet the price of his competitor and I would go with him. He did. Even though it's the holiday season he was able to come within a few days. He communicated with me about the time to expect him and even called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous customer. I was working at the time, so I asked a relative to house sit for me. I questioned them about his service and they said, nice, professional, and fast. No upsells. The price quoted was the price paid. My carpet is clean again. I'm happy and will definitely hire Ramiro and Pro Clean again in the future.
