Katina cut it to the exact length that I wanted and added layers so my curls looked bouncy and full. This was also the first time that I put color in my hair. I observed many positive management attributes such as positive interactions and greeting returning customers, and shorter wait times etc. Previously, I had concerns related to over pricing. I usually go to Harlem , New York and the pricing is much lower in comparison, for the same hairstyles. When I discussed this with the owner she did not seem to agree that the prices were out of the ordinary boundaries , which is why I made a complaint. I felt that I had to argue my position and I should not have had to do that. I believe in old school values ; Biz owners should respect how the customer feels, whether they agree or not. I like getting g my hair harassed and I should not have to travel far away to get fair prices. While the pricing is still over the top, I didnt mind paying because the treatment I received was of high - quality. However, they need to be more transparent about the pricing , which establishes trust and integrity in the establishments overall business ethics.
