They threaten you if you're not home when they deliver you will have to pay a 50.00 re-delivery fee and they will not drop it off without a signature, they offer a 3 hour window for delivery. Well they just dropped it off on someone else's porch??? Because they say it's delivered and I still don't have it! Not impressed at all. How is Sleep country still in business?

Fortunately, the manager waived the 30-days and allowed us to exchange, and pay for an upgrade. This was not expected, but certainly appreciated.

We purchased our original dishwasher at the end of November from The Brick. After weeks of waiting, it was finally installed -- only to be discovered that the unit had physical drum damage and had to be removed. The installer was also unprofessional. A replacement dishwasher was purchased at the beginning of January. After additional delays, it was installed in mid-February -- and once again, the unit does not work. All indicator lights remain on and the dishwasher cannot be reset or powered down. In other words, two consecutive dishwashers, both non-functional, after over two months. What made this experience significantly worse was the conduct of the store manager, Jessie Castillo. During our discussion, she audibly laughed while I was speaking, repeatedly cut me off when I tried to ask questions or seek clarification, and consistently deflected responsibility instead of addressing the issue. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the length and seriousness of the problem. At this point, this is not bad luck or a minor inconvenience -- it is a failure to supply working goods after an unreasonable delay. After two months, two failed installations, and dismissive treatment from management, confidence in this store is completely gone. I would strongly caution anyone considering major appliance purchases from this location. Between the delays, defective products, repeated installation failures, and poor handling by store management, this was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. This store had multiple opportunities to resolve this professionally and failed each time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

During the grand opening period, there are free hotdogs and pop/water, catered by Gerard The Hot Dog Man. The hotdog was delicious. All their stores have the same big format, possibly bigger than a large Canadian Tire. There is a big retail store which houses their living room furniture, sleep furniture, and appliances (eg. kitchen), and electronics (eg. exercise machines, massage chairs). They also have furniture that can fit in small apartments/condos. They also have free self-serve hot drinks machine and freshly made popcorn. The popcorn starts 1 hour before the store opening to make the scent of popcorn linger throughout the entire store. There is also a children's playground area to keep them busy while the potential purchases can concentrate on buying (great strategy!). At the other end of the store, there is their outlet store. When discontinuing a product, it goes to this side of the store. All products there are new, but also discounted. The outlet store has a 0% interest 60-month payment plan. The nice thing about this chain is that everyone you deal with is their employee, not any third party, from sales, customer service, to delivery. The sales staff work on commission. You can purchase from any store and have it delivered or picked up from any of their stores. The sales staff are very courteous and pleasant. There store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female/family washrooms, and all of them are wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in their large private parking lot. Review 2024-150

Extended warranty was $269.00. Do the math. Add delivery and installation and removal of old appliance plus new hoses and dryer vent hose plus tax, plus if you want to put it on a plan &199.99, total was just &over &2600.00. I went to Home Depot later that afternoon. Same units, same installation kit, removal of old appliances and installation total&1850.00. What are your sales people doing at your store in Niagara Falls. Will never go back there. And rating the experience, you don't have a rating low enough. The Brick offers a variety of beautiful furniture and furniture sets to choose from. One of the couches in here was oversized and had huge soft fluffy pillows, perfect for relaxing with the family and large dog i.e., Grate Dane or Rottweiler. They were also selling this sweet karaoke kit with built-in turntables which looked pretty cool. The staff were really friendly and we shared some nice conversation while we were there. If we lived in the area we would definitely return to pick out some furniture.
