On 17 June 2024,I had my truck bed sprayed. (I know the date because I still have the receipt) Uresti's was courteous and I had zero problems with the job they did. On 13 June 2025, I noticed I had about a quarter sized chip missing from the bedliner sprayed in 360 days prior. I initially sent 2 messages to their website inquiring if my bedliner is warranted but received no response. I went to Uresti's to ask if their bed liner was warranted to which I was told yes. They'd just need to take a photo of it to ask "Them" to approve the process. Great young gentleman came out, was very helpful, snapped the photos, took my information and said I'd hear from them possibly the following week. I called several times, at least once a week for about 2.5 weeks asking for a follow up. I left messages with my information and was not called back. I did manage to speak to a person via phone who said they would get back to me, I was not called back. 2 July, I drove back to Uresti's and was greeted by a nice gentleman who referred me inside and said the young lady behind the desk could help. I told her my situation. She informed me that she'd heard back from "Them" but their message was confusing which is why no one from Uresti's ever managed to call me back. So she called "Them" while I was there. She relayed the message that "They" would not cover the chip as a warranty item because I may have done the damage. I stated, I may have scraped the bed with a shovel as I was getting dirt out, and honestly I wasn't sure if thats what happened or not but that was the purpose for getting the bed sprayed, to protect it from me getting dirt out of the bed!!! Nevertheless, the young lady said, I had 2 options for repair and Uresti's would do it at the cost to them which was a square patch that would be noticeably different from the rest of the bed for $60, or they would redo just the floor of the bed for $150. I let her know I was very disappointed. I've had at least 3 other trucks sprayed and this had never happened. I was curious as to what spray manufacturer they used. She said it was Tuffliner or something to that effect and they used 2 gentlemen contracted the job to (the "Them" I've been referring to) but they were not open for the public to respond to so I was never given a name of who "Them" is. She said it's the best product they've used. I strongly disagree and pray it's the 1st and last truck I let "Them" spray due to the piss-poor results of what I was left with. Uresti's may be great for campers and things but I would not recommend you use them or "Them" for Spray in bedliners. Although courteous when I spoke to the staff, I expected a higher level of customer service as opposed to not following up with me for almost 3 weeks. Do better!! For bedliners, I recommend you find someone else and check the warranty!! read more

I'm looking for a place to install a brush guard that I had purchased already just did not have time to install it. This place was pretty close to my work so it's easy to drop off and get back to work. The guy at the front desk I believe his name was Corey. Very friendly and a professional manner. I believe the pricing was very reasonable. The only downside is all to this was that I dropped my truck off at 10:30 and was assured it would be ready for pick up in 3 hours. It ended up not being ready until 5:30. As a hung out at the shop I noticed that one of the reasons why my truck probably didn't get finished in time is because they were trying to take on too many customers at once. Which would be okay if they had the manpower and the shop space to do that. it's as if they don't want to tell anyone no. They seem to do good business and have reasonable prices the only other downside was that they scratched my grill guard before they installed it. But I guess I got what I paid for because they didn't charge very much to install it. read more

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. I took my truck in to have the bed extender put in. It was installed correctly however, I when I went in my tailgate did not have several scratches near the top middle of the tailgate, however, when they were finished it did. I went to the owner Ike and he said he would fix the issue. Several weeks went by and nothing. I called several times and I got the same answer of "its a process." They were trying to get one of their relatives who works for a dealership to fix it, and it was taking forever. So, I called back on 7.26.17 to ask what the status was, and of course I got "it's a process" from Ike's daughter. Then I asked why can't I just take it to the body shop across the street, where Ike sent me originally to have it looked at and priced. Again, you guessed it, the daughter said "it's a process." So, I just just sighed, said ok and hung up. Not too long after that phone call I receive and email from Ike saying I was being difficult and disrespectful so they are no longer going to fix the scratches they inflicted upon my truck. Horrible shop, horrible customer service, stay away, far away if you want to keep your vehicle damage free. Not too mention, they have only one bay for service and take on way too many customers at the same time. Wait time is horrendous. read more
