I made the mistake of eating a clump of "something" in the bowl without looking; this turned out to be the wasabi -- sad! I ordered a shochu somewhat randomly (taking the second one from the top, if I remember correctly). It was served with water, over ice -- I enjoyed the drink and thought it was a fine accompaniment to the chirashi. I got tastes of a starter salad and a bowl of matcha ice cream with red beans. Interesting and a good appetizer for some greens. Chocolate mochi ice cream rounded out our dinner. Dinner for 2, including drinks cost just over CHF 100. However, you can order from the menu and ask them to exclude cream cheese. As with the other Yooji's, you can conveniently see, grab and eat sushi right off the conveyor belt. Or you can also order from the menu, which also offers warm food like udon noodle soup. Even though Yooji's is a chain in Zurich, this location has the better sushi - please don't be fooled and think you will get a similar environment and quality of food at the one say at Bellevue, you won't! The atmosphere is casual and calm, the temperate is just right, and they also offer a good outdoor seating when temperature permits. The service has always been average to very good. If you are there when they are making the makis - there is a pretty big cool machine that the workers put sushi rice in, and then the machine automatically pumps out sushi rice onto a flattened sheet of nori, ready for the sushi chefs to roll veggies or fish to make a quick and mean maki. Entertaining to watch for first few times, especially with children or adults who are fascinated with "how do you make...".
